Excellent service and polite friendly people. Absolute quality medicine without doubt. This time they asked me if it was my first time and I told her no..paused and said actually if it’s about the first time discount I didn’t get that the first time I was here. (I had heard other people talk of that initial discount.) She was good enough to put that discount on there for me this time!😁 I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this dispensary. However I did learn something I’ll pass on: Do try to avoid and plan around Friday ‘local paydays’...I made an online order yesterday and instead of a normal 10 minute..or less pick up In-N-Out.. I think I spent over a half hour there people were everywhere lines did move slow..they were even parked up on the grass because the lot was full. Plan ahead because it’s definitely worthwhile.

We go to Beyond and Hello in Bloomington. They made it into a Rec store too. The built another new store for Rec only. Doesn't make since. They have more to offer then medical. And that's our meds. I drive and spend money for okay products and others I've talked to to feel the same way. They have to step it up BIG TIME. I drive 40 mins to get there. I suggest until they get more product in go to Trinity Dispensary in Pekin. Its cheaper and so many products.

Today upon arriving was greeted by a woman wearing a hand written name tag saying “medically unable to wear mask.” She was in charge of checking people in and physically taking their ids while not wearing a mask or being behind a barrier. This business has an entire section in back that is behind glass banker style walls where she could be working with much less risk to the people shopping. At the very least she should not be the person in charge of greeting the public. There are also almost always employees hanging out smoking without masks by the front door and regular security guard who is always without a mask. Would really appreciate it if management would hold employees to at least the same health standards as their customers

It seems like they'll be taking good care of the rec customers but once again in Normal, as a medical patinet you'll have to drive to get decent selection and prices. This is the only store out of 4 locations with less than 45 flower options. The last company fauled because of their greed. There is plenty money to be made. Try to take care of people that need it.
