I really want to give you guys a 5 for quality, but you're almost always out of indica flower or only have 2 maybe 3 options at most for high priced, low THC brands. I would really love to see a larger selection of indica flower specially and especially now that you've been approved for a second sure in our area. I can drive to Peoria and get the same items for cheaper and they always have a variety indica flower.

The only dispensary that I have been to where I have had no issues. With a vast quantity of products that cover everything from flower today. Not to mention great deals and discounts covering multiple products and brands.

The employees are very helpful they always seem to have time to help you with your orders

Beyond Hello is so overpriced compared to the state of Illinois. I save a ton of money driving to Trinity than I do going to Beyond Hello locally. I do say the Employees are always super happy and willing to help. The energy is definitely a beautiful one.

They never have change and last time i went Cassie didnt ring up right AMOUNT refuse to give me my change tried to offer discount on next time after they took my change Nick and Demi to supervisor couldnt resolve the issue....GO WITH EXACT CHANGE OR THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY THEY CANT COUNT AND THEY HAVE REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Having lived in Colorado, I'm impressed with what B/H has done here in my hometown. The location is clean, modern, and secure; the products are as good as any across the state and the selection is more vast than many dispensaries in IL, and the staff are tops. I was even fairly comped for an item that was faulty (by no fault of B/H's, same as the IL taxes!) with little to no hassle. We really couldn't have asked for better in this state. Props to Beyond/Hello of Normal.

This is a nice location to shop at, the only one currently in Mclean county. Pros: - Friendly staff, they remember you if you are there frequently enough. - Their inventory is typically well stocked, they had some issues last year but they've been good for a while now. - Veteran discount like other dispensaries. They give a dollar off when you bring in the reusable bag they give out. Cons: - Their Weedmaps page isn't the best, it lacks details on some inventory. So it can be a little annoying to order a pickup if you want a certain level of potency. So my only complaint is having to make a more compulsive decision instore.
