Bloom is a class-act joint! I have never been here before and they took awesome care of me. The icing on the cake was the free gram they give to first-time customers' and I look forward to the deals they'll offer in the future. Def going back :-)

Beautiful new shoppe in NE Portland! Staff are nice and knowledgeable. Fantastic quality products and prices are not too shabby! Will definitely be back and bring friends!
