I like how different Botanica is.

I have to start by saying I love their meds. However, I won't be shopping here again. The last two visits I have had issues with their credit/debit card system. of course, they don't have an atm and there isn't a bank close. The system they use cannot be used with a pin number and my debit card. They said some cards it isn't compatible with. I have had similar instances because the system doesn't recognize that you enter a pin number, but run it as credit and it works fine. I have done this at other dispensaries with no issues. here they won't even let me try. Sadly because of this I will find another dispensary to go to.

I think there process takes long I had to wait a long time to get my product . They need a better system. There was large number of people waiting for a bit . I probably go elsewhere next time !

took a Sunday drive down to Tucson with my husband and we stumbled across this wonderful dispensary you have to buzz to get in . The bud tender is very knowledgeable the place is set up immaculately and we didn't have to make a purchase for a first time but we did definitely would take a nice drive down there on a Sunday again and stop in again

they do not give out any free birthday gifts which totally sucks because every dispensary offers something for their patients they care for their patients unlike this dispensary

Seems like the employees were more focused on cleaning and going home rather than taking care of the customers. I waited atleast 30 minutes and there were only 2 people in line.

The Best In Tucson. I live in Chandler and travel for work. By far, best in town.

Love the atmosphere, budtenders, and Grow Sciences + happy hour deal. 30 miles round trip so hoping for another location on the eastside.

Great customer service! Had a defective product and they were able to give me store credit to use at another time.. definitely will be coming back!

I like botanical, they alright quality can be there prices ehh happy hour makes them compete but it’s 2019 in America people we should be able to have this better then the prices we had for the Reggie back in the day after all it is legal, well medical, Legalize!!.....best shake deal in town for happy hour

By far my favorite dispensary in Tucson. Vicki and Dee are awesome, and everyone there is friendlier than any other place I've been. Excellent quality and consistency across the board. Always clean inside, doesn't feel like you're waiting in a clinic, really great, modern decor adds to a great vibe. I love their specials/promos, they always have something fun! :)

I love the Displays, the selections of Strain's. it's such a warm environment to be in & very relaxing. I don't get to come here much but I Love it!

What a beautiful location. The prettiest waiting room out of all of the dispensaries in Tucson. Prettiest bud also. Have been able to snag some incredible strains using their convenient online purchasing system. Not cheap but worth the $.

As a newbie searching for help I was treated with respect and a huge amount of kindness. They are extremely helpful, know their products and even advised me of what I should start out with and not try at this time while NOT making me feel stupid asking all my questions! Very comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommend!!
