bull crap Everytime I put in my royal oak location it tells me I'm out of range. I thought downloading this stupid app would help recognize my location I guess not. I hate this place. they tell you one thing on the website $20 minimum. then say you have to meet $25 minimum when you go to check out. it's all a bunch of baloney. then always charge delivery fees even when I live in royal oak

This Sour Chem got me so baked, I forgot I was going to review Breeze. Like three times. Note: this review is based on two visits, curbside pickup, I've tried about 8 strains, and I was offered a face mask for a review. That said, it's gonna be honest. :) The good parts first: the bud in my two experiences has ranged from "pretty high quality" to what I call "oh-my-god bud" (protip: the Sorbetto is out of this world, great for playing music). Of course, since this is a recreational dispensary, and the trees are good, be prepared to pay top notch prices (but hey, it's supposed to help schools or something, right?). Anyway, the lot seems really well managed from what I saw. Multiple employees were outside, either making runs, directing cars coming in, or providing security and a sense of sanity to the lot (it was pretty crowded, being the first legal recreational dispensary in Oakland county). The guy that brought me my order was very professional, wore a mask and had a tray for handling cash, went over my order with me item by item and made sure any questions I had were answered. Super friendly too. The experience is great, overall. The only bad things I can think of are: the prices are pretty steep. Even for recreational pot, you'd expect it to be a little more affordable. It's just on the edge of reasonable, and the quality makes up for it, sort of. More importantly though, the quantities available leave a lot to be desired. Like there are mostly 8ths, then there are a few grams, and two strains available in an ounce as of today, at a reasonable price. But if you're trying to get a quarter or a half, you're going to pay a lot more piecing it together out of 8ers. If I could ask one thing of Breeze, it would be quarters and halves available for more strains (or even just a few). That said, I cannot wait for this place to be open to the public, in full. The inside looks like a damn Apple store from the website. Like an Apple store, but for weed. tl;dr summer Breeze makes me feel fine. Although the quantities may not be what you're looking for, the bud is top shelf and the employees are super friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

Be sure to ask when the harvest date on the product is. I received, old, bad tree, they acted like they were surprised. Be weary. With all the gold packaging in the world, you'd think the trees would be fresh, or at least preserved. All that glitters is NOT GOLD.

Online ordering is simple. They text you when your order is ready. Once you arrive, just pull into a parking spot, text them your name and spot number, and an associate brings your order to your vehicle. The number to text is posted at the parking spots and on their website. Normally they have people standing outside in the parking area to direct you if you have any questions.

Delivery is a joke. Order before they open or it's no delivery slots after noon. Shop House of Dank.

I literally just paid for and came home with an ounce of burnt up ashes in a sealed up bag!!! No joke! Would NOT recommend

I've never used a dispensary before because I'm not "medically certified" but after coming here once I'll definitely be back it was super easy all you do is order online and when you get to the dispensary you text your parking spot number and service is amazing very friendly and they make sure you're satisfied before leaving my only complaint is recreational users have higher tax so your paying premium prices sometimes for mid-grade bud

I love how friendly and welcoming all the bud-tenders are. I've never had a bad experience. They have great prices and great product as well, and there's never a long wait. Breeze could teach the other dispensaries how it should be done! ❤️❤️❤️

Unfortunately coronavirus prevented me from fully experiencing the dispensary, but staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Prices could be lower though.

First time I went was during COVID-19 and was so impressed with their safety precautions. Super streamlined curbside service, all the bud tenders I spoke to were knowledgeable and chill.

The only thing to sort of dislike about this new RECREATIONAL store is the prices, but it's understandable, as long as the money goes back to the state some. Good Product from what I've gotten, and great service, especially during these tought times. I ordered online on my phone and was back home in 25 minutes

Breeze struck me as a very clean, upscale recreational store. They've got tons of easy parking right behind the store. Inside, it's a small area but everything is out in the open and behind glass. Online menu isn't 100% up to date (they sold out of some flowers), but prices are accurate and comparable to other stores in the state. The selection looked good, I'm looking forward to trying some new strains and items next time.

Staff was very knowledgeable about the products they have, they knew exactly the right products to reccomend for each individual customers preference, and also very attentive to each customers orders when placed. I waited no longer than 10 minutes after placing my online order for staff to have my products delivered to my car. All products were more than satisfactory

overpriced for what you get. I got 3 different types of flower and some gummies. The herb is the same as usual, nothing special. If I pay 20+ a gram it should be fire.... this tastes like the same crap you can get off the street for $10gram. and if you get on the street you get more for what you pay, the tax is too much. I know that’s not on you as a location but it was alarming to pay that much for both the herb and tax. I paid $30 of tax for $170 of product. You should consider building the tax price into your herb price cuz I don’t like bringing $200 from the bank and adding up my bill and when you get to checkout it comes to $229.78. Practically it doesn’t work well with a cash business. As a customer I would rather know I’m paying $230 flat than have to deal with going back to the bank for the extra $30, or having to wait for your guy to go in for 5 minute to bring me back my .12 cents of change. Most people don’t bring a lot of extra cash and change, It’s annoying. Just a suggestion.
