Bud Hut - Maple Valley

The selection is horrible. Consistently out of medibles, which is crazy. Deals are not really deals, selection is good at times, horrible at times. Consistent, they are not. Staff is great, that's about it.

Super unorganized. They needs lines or numbers because they never know who to help next. Their loyalty program is a joke, you have to save a link to see what discount you get. Prices are high and the specials are never good. I see way better deals pretty much anywhere else.

Why are your (Bud Hut's) prices so high??? Is that why your cannabis shop doesn't list your menu anywhere but all other shops do??? Bud Hut's prices are ridiculously high with small quantities of this and that of different types of Cannabis. Never what your looking for. Always overpriced.

This is my go to place for flower and cartridges. They have a great selection in all different price ranges to fit anyones budget. I have been going here since the first day they opened in Maple Valley and the store has grown so much! They have quality products and customer service is great. Their are a couple of my favorite budhut employees that work at this location that have excellent knowledge of their products and superb customer service. Just to name 2 that stick out and are truly an assest to this company in my opinion is Josh and Bryce!!! Keep up the great work and you are truly appreciated!!!!

I liked that the Bud Hut staff are so accommodating. I’ve been going there for a while and they’re friendly to me and we have nice little talks.

been to this location ah couple of times and I must say the quality of bud is second to none, the staff are very knowledgeable about their products, very friendly clean environment with a number of great stuffs from flowers to pre rolls to edibles and more great find

Not enough employees

It started great, but this location is the victim of terrible ownership. Staff and products are great, but when you cant buy anything due to POS problems, Bar code tracking not currently available, Sorry that product isn't in the system yet, Or my favorite: The internet is down. Then someone either needs to do some upgrades or sell because they cant keep up with the business.

Nice to have a local store. Selection is good for flower, oils and concentrate. Cashier gave me the wrong change (shorted me $5 once-count your change in the store!!) Most folks are helpful and know their bud!

Customer service is alway at a hi here! Damien is one of the coolest kats to be help by also. 👌🏾 if you need help finding that perfect strand, just ask for NY Damien!

Every time I go in the staff and I have great conversation, and I’m always getting even better bud. The Legal drinks they sell are killer!

Rachael always checks me out, she’s really nice and always knows what to recommend on the days I don’t know what to get. Really like her art.

I love the friendly staff at budhut! They’re definitely the better shop in the area. Parking can be a challenge at peak hours but there’s a parking lot right next door. Staff are always looking to give you the best deal possible.

I've been a customer since day one, so this review has me torn. Over all I've been treated really well here. The majority of the staff save a few have been awesome. Recently the price of decent flower has gotten pretty expensive compared to other spots I frequent. Even the mid to low grade is kind of high. I still shop here mostly for the people and it's real close to home. Since they've adopted their social distancing protocols, convenience is not a thing anymore. The line feels like a food line in Soviet Russia, and takes forever. I believe in everyone's safety, but their system is extreme. Your so far away from the cases that you can't even see what your buying. Don't dare step on the red line, depending on the door man you may get yelled at like I did today. Over all, I'm more disappointed than anything, I'm all about supporting local business, and I have near 1000 points, but more and more I shop elsewhere, and after today I won't be back for a while. Hopefully things get better.

I have been a customer since day 1 and this place used to be great. So I am disappointed to write this review. Now they are way too expensive. As soon as the new way over priced apartments were built right next store the prices got raised dramatically. Perfect example of the price of Cannabis being to high is how they price Gabriel products. Here 2 grams cost $32 but I can go 5 minutes down the road and get those same 2 grams for $20. Yes Budhut has a rewards program but even if you 15% off the price is still more than you would pay if went to either if the 2 dispensaries down the road in Covington and rewards are NOT stackable.

This place is awesome it's huge and has tons of selection at affordable prices deffinetly one of my regular stops now.

The BUDHUT is the best dispensary that I've been to. Not only do they have high quality products but their prices are the best in town. There was only a couple of items that were over $40 but other than that, their prices and products are by far the BEST anywhere in town! They have TOP TOP SHELF QUALITY PRODUCTS that you don't need to look anywhere else! Corin, Lily, Jenna, and even the guys are super friendly and knowledgeable. I don't go anywhere else but here. I'm a regular customer and will continue to be one so long as they keep up the great work!!! Love these people and their customer service!
