Bud Hut - Maple Valley

Large shop, well organized and clean. Customer Service was outstanding. Location is easy to find, lots of parking. They carry strains that you don’t see everywhere else. It is well worth a look inside.

I'll give a 3 star for quality since their selection and pricing looked fair but never got to buy anything since they were closed on a day/time their hours indicated they would be open. I wasn't trying to go right before closing either there were still several hours until the posted closing time. Parking lot for the complex is built like a maze and there's absolutely no signage in front of the actual entrance to the shop (only on the street itself). The location itself is convenient because of the BECU ATM up the street in the Fred Meyer parking lot though but I'd still say just go to Euphorium if you're closer to Kent/Covington - way better experience there and never had any problems of the sort with posted hours being inaccurate.

I wanted to take the time to do this properly. The people here make this establishment run like clock work even when down on hands. Sarah (Boss Lady) amazing kind and knowledgable on most all of their products. Then there is Jason who is also amazing. This guy is my favorite tender. If you don't know him by name look for the lad with a brow piecing and glasses. He is the one who's recomendations are second to none. Any thing indica this guy damn well seems to know it all. Thank you all for this wonderful buiseness and awesome atmosphere. Keep up the great work.

Bud Hut is the best shop I've ever been to. Great variety of products and some great pieces as well. The staff are always super friendly and very helpful.

Untrustworthy, they just close because of a little snow. Didn't post anything about the closure.

I love everything about Bud Hut everyone in there is so friendly, they are always asking if I need anything and they are pretty knowledgeable about the flowers plus some of them know me and my hubs by name which makes them feel even more like fam! M&M love you!

Great store that always has deals! Awesome staff that have good recommendations and are knowledgeable. I wish they had more variety though. I feel like Euphorium has more stuff to choose from when it comes to edibles and pre-rolls.

I LOVE this shop! Best one I've shopped at in any state I've shopped. The staff are great and work through any problems quickly and proficiently and kindly. They really care about their customers and it shows!!!

I really love be this shop. Location is perfect! Prices are great! Some of the friendliest budtenders around! My only criticism is I really wish that they had their menu posted on here! I don’t always have the time to peruse there whole inventory in store. Please please please add this!!!!

Always a great experience... very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Given the understaffing, this team does a remarkable job. Having more team mates to serve clients would be beneficial to both clients and staff!

I'm in here ALL THE TIME & I love it! Super convenient having such a quality dispensary in my town. A few of the packaged products (specifically bong buddies) have tasted a bit outdated but that's just what happens at dispensaries! They sell PHENOMENAL one gram joints for only $5!!!!!!!!! Bought 40 yesterday! Lol

Thank goodness we finally got this place in Maple Valley. It's nice and big inside. A small selection of edibles. The folks working are typically very helpful!

Over the last several years I've had three instances where I've needed to make returns of clogged cartridges; the first two times I was hassled (once at Maple Valley & once up north) and this last time I bought a cart on Sunday and it started clogging by Monday morning and they refused to exchange it because it didn't TOTALLY clog. In addition, the employee had to call a manager just to check on a $30 return. Can you imagine working for a company that makes you take calls on your day off to approve petty returns? HOW CHEAP!!! HORRIBLE customer service. There's a GREAT shop about a mile up the road called Goobies Doobies that I highly recommend over Bud Hut. I, for one, will NEVER go back to Bud Hut.

Great to have a store in my neighborhood, the staff is friendly and knowledgable. Great selection, all strains I have purchased have been most tasty and toasty. There is an ongoing attempt to shut this store down. If you want to continue to support your local shops and budtenders, there will a continuation publiicmeeting on February 1st @ the Tahoma SchoolDistrict building just to the west of the BudHut. Show up to speak and help all the citizens of Maple Valley have easy access to many different types of shops offering a wide variety of goods and services, we must not stay silent. Democracy isn't a spectator sport, stand up for your rights, and help keep this store in operation. Peace out.
