Their joints always have fun deals with and their packs are super convenient. One the only places that has hash and orchid vape carts. I do feel bad if I don't get the flower side and have the bud tender running back in forth checking out the flower but never a problem.
Dispensary response:
Thank you Hamnahrose! We've even increased our selection and lowered our prices come see what we've got in store for you! We are improving our Hash, if that's even possible. We no longer carry Orchid but we have many great alternatives. Never feel bad for our budtender running back and forth unless they are bleeding, if they are bleeding feel bad for them otherwise lets get those steps in and please you! Thank you for the love, hope to see you in shop soon!

I really enjoy this dispensary. Beautiful building inside and out. I am getting to know the staff an they are truly helpful friendly an knowledgeable of products. Some of the prices are really high on flower. But they have a deal of the day on flower everyday and it has not disappointed me. I'm impressed by the flower in the $100 oz everytime. The hicupus they were having at the register is starting to really come together it gets better and better every time I visit. The process of checking out is still chaotic though. I have now tried both ways of just coming in an choosing my bud and order on line both of those parts are great. But trying to check out weather it's wait in line an wait for your number to be called or go straight to check out to the dutchie line these processes needs improvement an order some how. But all in all this is a great place. Open 7 days a week from 8am to 10pm is very convinent. I am excited to see how burnt rivers dispensary grows in the next few months to years. An thank you for being honest and upfront an patient with the public as you guys grow. Thanks, Mary

This place is LEGIT! Seed to stoned - they are a marijuana farm, that grows, processes and distributes all their own goodies - plus amazing products from other vendors... AND the people are well educated. Open 7 days a week from 7a - 10p - And guess what? = NO WAIT!!! (WHAT?!?!) That is way to freaking awesome! This is my new favorite place! Check em out folks!
Dispensary response:

Everything about this place is so high tech and so freaking updated, modern, and nice as hell. The way they are staying low key at the moment, and havigsuch great service by budtenders. Quick, easy, friendly staff, don't trust the menu on here. Go to their website and double check prices, and product they have on hand. I had items picked out that they hadn't had in stock in quite some time. Also, it doesn't show you can order ahead, but you absolutely can. Just go to their website, and order.
Dispensary response:
Hey there Beaukincade this used to be a big problem for us, but we have new people in charge of that. We hope the experience ordering online has improved leaps and bonds. We are still improving and making things better daily so keep checking back!
I do LOVE Leafly but I would recommend anyone going to our website as it has more information on EVERYTHING BurntRiverFarms.com.
Thanks for being critical and constructive while not bashing us with bad stars, truly means a lot.

The tenders I crossed paths with were quite versed in anything that was asked about, including having recommendations for medical issues, that worked exactly as told, amazing!if you are a person who has been doing some research or need help learning the benefits from the products they sell, come here. Also, can order ahead to pick up online. Perfect structure to running a dispensary. I highly recommend this place be a must check out!
Dispensary response:

My first time here was really chill. The bud tenders had good music on and were friendly. They also let me smell and look at the flower and had really bomb weed for 6 bucks a gram ?!? Say whaAaaaaat?!? It’s like really good. Burnt River farms knows... they just know;)
Super nice building. Awesome staff (very knowledgeable). Always running daily specials. No wait time other than to check out. (15 min compared to some 2 hour wait times just to go inside) Whats not to love. Keep up the amazing work!
Dispensary response:
Aw Shucks SymphonicTheory speaking nothing but facts here, thank you for the love. We appreciate it, and we will do everything we can to keep up the amazing work and even at time exceeding it! We've got this long haired guy name Mike McNutt who just dominates everything he touches so I think we'll be okay. Thanks again for the love, see you soon!

Had a minor issue with not receiving a discount (one of a couple). I contacted them and showed my receipt and explained the issue. Was quickly responded to and said they would correct the issue no problem! Even gave me a better discount than what was missed! Woot!
Dispensary response:
That's how we like to operate here at Burnt River Farms, if we make a mistake and you bring it to our attention we want to do everything we can to make that right and I'm glad we followed through on that with you Blaze1onr!
