I ordered online at 645pm Wednesday night. At 845, I hadn't heard anything about the order being completed so I went in. This seems common for this location so not the end of the world. No one besides the weed tender was there when I arrived and my order was sitting on the counter, ready to go, but I was never notified. A little annoyed that I wasnt told my order was ready but all good, I got my stuff and left. Now its Friday morning, 40ish hrs later and I receive a message that my order is ready. Typically the products I get are good, but one of the prerolls in this order was super dry and loose resulting in most of the flower landing on my floor when I removed the preroll from its tube. Overall, I like the people, product, and prices but mostly it's their late close time that has me coming back.

This is my second time ordering online and not having my order ready for pickup when I arrived the next day. I was also put off by the fact that my order was put in and showed 10% discount but was told that that was the "Munchie Mondays" discount. It's certainly their discretion not to honor it, but after hearing I had placed my order on Monday and informing the manager that there is nothing indicating it has to be picked up on Monday (and the fact that my order wasn't ready) it seemed poor customer service to me.

When I arrived I was not greeted, which was fine until literally everyone else who walked in got a "Hi, we'll be right with you!". It was my first time at any Cannabis Haven and my friend who is a manager of a medical store sent me in to reap the discounts. After using the kiosk to place my order I waited for two customers to be waited on hand and foot- moving through the store and pouring over the displays. When it was finally my turn I was told that the kiosk didn't even work, which would have been great to know during any of the 6 minutes I stood next to the counter using this computer in front of them. When asked what I picked on the menu, I was told none of those were in stock. When I asked for Indicas, I was advised to "read the labels, all the information is there." I was able to get the tender to finally recommend their favorite indica (gmo) only to find out that I would not be able to have two of these prerolls because their inventory was -1. I was then sold two prerolls that said "bagel" with no other information except where it was grown, and told it was "the same thing". After being patronized two times too many I just wanted to leave. I spent WAY too much on what I purchased, and was never welcomed with any first time customer benefit- I think it says a free eighth? Needless to say I won't be shopping there ever again, and will strongly advise anyone I know and love to stay away at all costs.
100% recommend coming here for medical reasons, Jordan was very informative and helped me choose the right strain for what experience I was looking for and had amazing customer service!
they never have what I want in stock. they have these things called transfer boxes that have a ton of product in them from the main store but they're never allowed to open them or put any of those products out when the store is open. but they also don't do it when the store is not open. So they're consistently out of product in the cases. very frequently. you will see that they list something as being online and you will order it only to show up at the store and find out that they don't have any of your order because none of it actually exists or it exists. but it's in transfer boxes that they once again can't open. The employees are great. they're knowledgeable. I mean it's a weed dispensary so they kind of have to be but this store started out great and it's just going downhill more and more quickly. not only can you not mention mix and match products like you can at other every other dispensary like usually things are in a price tier here. doesn't matter if the weed is the same price. if it's from two different companies or it's two different strains, you're not getting a bulk price. you're paying the eighth price the whole way up. And yeah basically it's just silliness at this place. they have four employees working with two cash registers. yet I've walked into the store when there are four employees working and they tell me to my face that they can't get anything out of those transfer boxes and they can't put anything away from those transfer boxes because they're only allowed to help customers when the store is open even though they only have two cash registers to help customers at. helping customers includes putting product on the shelf

It's always a great experience at cannabis haven, they have the best selection and prices for medical and recreational shoppers. I especially loved the folks who work at the center st. auburn recreational location, they have such good vibes but now that I'm on medical I haven't been seeing them as often.
The weed crackles and pops will not smoke have got decent stuff before though.

wow i am bummed.they have there extract [diamonds] upside down to show people the stuff i guess but its bad practice..when stored that way it can and does many times leak..or gets everywhere so ya buy a 1g and get half out.well my diamonds the seal was pooched and the sht is all over OUTside edges..so got half a G for a full G.so ya really bummed out as it costs me 15 buks in gas to drive back there..so guess i am screwed.like i said BUMMER o well new i should of checked in store..BUT still enjoyed the place and would ,Will go back again cause GREAT deals,Super product[what i got was killa] nice stoners to help ya so ya still HAPPY ,just less so now..stkelliott-out---THANKS LEAFY AND C-HAVEN for a great 420 first yr w med card wooooooo woooooo leafy is like the sears catalog for stoners[WISH LIST]MERRY 420 ALL

Had a great experience every time I've gone in. Michael has been super helpful and sweet helping me pick out strains. They have a range of prices for things. the fruity cereal bar is definitely a favorite. Apple fritter is a tasty option they have on the cheaper end of the bud prices. Last time I went in I bought some of the $10 dabs and I was very happy with the product. Also LOVE the fact that they are a head shop as well. Definitely one of my favorite shops in Augusta and whenever I'm there I hit it up.
he the budtender made me an offer I couldn't refuse requesting I tip my 1st timers present to him lol. I had to call because the order confirmed and was picked up in the same minute. the budtender said he pushed the wrong button
I have been searching for a new dispensary for a change of pace, this place has an incredible inventory with a lot of options! I would say they have a little bit of everything, but they really have a lot of everything!!
