Superficial staffing and management is absolutely not true to their word. Unfortunately between the two owners a persons Word has absolutely no value to them. With many other great dispensaries off Main Street in Springfield, I would definitely recommend staying away from this bad business.

It’s not in my everyday route and I’ve visited 3 times now! Says a bunch with all the competitors. Good deals, good people.

I’ve been in here a lot as a medical patient and then stopped going. Went back recently and they changed the bud room, looks way better!! Average on selection, staff was way friendly. Did not purchase because found same product some where else for cheaper. But hey I will still go back they have new stuff all the time.

I come here and only here. They are the best people with the best bud around. No other place compares in price, quality, and service. I have moved across town from them and still go out of my way to make this my regular place. No matter where I roam, Cannabis LLC is my home. <3 -Ashley

The product quality at Cannabis LLC is definitely good. The prices are average and staff is generally helpful. I like to stop in for edibles of which they usually have a nice selection. We used to stop in more often when the variety and specials were a little stronger than they are now.

After checking out several shops in the Eugene/Springfield area, my husband and I feel that Cannabis is the BEST!!! Every staff member is friendly, helpful, courteous. This is a business that cares about it's customers, and is of the highest integrity. Plus every staff member has a great sense of humor and it always so much fun shopping here! Yay for Springfield to have this business.

This used to be the best place in Springfield. Unfortunately, its gone through a few owners and its not balanced out yet. They lost some good employees and the new ones just don't have the same chemistry. The security guard is a little off-putting as well. Their flower selection was weak but their glass pipe section was improved. I miss Cheyenne and the girls... bring girls back and ditch the menacing security guy. The new owners don't realize how much this security guy is influencing the mood of the room. Unless you keep getting ripped off by thieves I think this guy is over the top. Focus on an inviting environment first. Get people to want to come back. Your present environment is not doing it and neither is the lack of variety in flower. Prices seem high in relation to the quality of these other factors. If your going to set the standard for service and offer variety -- then you can ask for higher prices.

This is my go to shop super friendly. lol most definitely has that local weed guy feeling to the shop. The people there make you feel like you want to just sit down and smoke a bowl with them. I would recommend them to anybody seems like the shops great for all ages just has that Community vibe

I've been a customer for a very long time and have always been happy with my experience. They've always got different music playing, depending on who's working, and everyone is very helpful. Pay attention to the tip jar theme, too. There have been some really creative ones, and it's almost always a laugh.

one of my favorites I love the different daily specials of x% off on whatever day! super friendly and helpful staff. I think his name was Jacob? he was my favorite!

Best place in town. Love the employees and it's nice to go somewhere, where they take the time to get to know you. Bring known by name when you walk through the door, is like you've known them for years :)

I have been in here a handful of times .I drive all the way from Greenhill Rd. area .There selection is ok but it's the prices I love .I imagine there inventory will get bigger as the companies adjust there dosage to the new max for medical. But, I will continue to drive the distance every few days or, move my ass to Springfield .
