CERTIFIED Dispensary

I've been more than a few times. This place just wants to get you in and out. The products are just okay. My biggest problem is that the few times I have placed an online order with sale items, the discounts do not always get credited when I come to pick up the order. The last time it was over $50 more they wanted than what my preorder stated the total would be. I'll never go back. It's also the lowest-rated cannabis shop in the greater Cleveland area on Google. Just shop elsewhere.

I was really looking forward to Certified Dispensary’s New Year’s Day sale. I waited a whole week because they advertised 50% off on Certified processed goods. However, when I went to shop on New Year’s Day, they had changed the sale terms without notice. Instead of the straightforward 50% off, the deal now required buying an item of equal or equivalent value to get the discount. This change felt misleading and frustrating, especially after anticipating the sale all week. While I understand terms can change, better communication would have gone a long way. I hope Certified Dispensary can be more transparent about their promotions in the future.

Place is nice and clean cut and there is always a deal on every day. Great service

Short on weight, terrible customer service. Literally lied and ripped not only me off but a few friends. Sad thing is the flower was great quality but the quantity sucked.
