Gotta say I love all my bud tenders but Ni is one of the few that knows his customers and remembers what they dig. You can never go wrong asking him what he's putting in his bong and packing it in yours.

Kassianne was amazing. This was probably 2 months ago. I go here all the time, very mindful of the deals on what days of the week. I went in there and Kassiaane was there. I order my regular amount. She rings it up and it was quite high. I reminded her that it was Wednesday so I would get the discount. She looked at me strange and said no it isn't. I was totally sure it was Wednesday. She had to ask the other budtenders what day it was. They told her Thursday. I had totally spaced Wednesday out. I was so certain I was right. Boy, was I embarrassed! Kassiann and I had quite the laugh. She said that she was starting to think that it really was Wednesday. She gave me the Wednesday discount anyways. What a trooper. Good way to start your day with a good laugh. Lol

This is my preferred store. I don’t really shop anywhere else. The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly and I can find what I’m looking for without much hassle. Niwauno is one of the most helpful and courteous staff I have worked with and I hope Cinder also recognizes that he is an asset to the community. I’ll definitely continue to return.

Dank weed at dank prices. The bud tenders can always hook you up with what you need. Went in looking for some fine birthday bud and Kassi helped me get enough fire to send an elephant to mars. Toke up and spread love y’all

Pretty disappointed in the online ordering systems for both Cinder North & Cinder Valley. I’ve had orders placed but not confirmed until 2+ hours later, then cancelled; some orders get confirmed and then I receive a call that a product isn’t available- no problem, I just tell them another option & we confirm, but then upon arrival, some or none of the products confirmed are available. Plus, online ordering goes down pretty frequently, and the menu isn’t always accurate or updated. When shopping in-store, some budtenders lack knowledge about chemical-free producers and products, and some don’t give accurate recommendations for indica-heavy strains (I was once given Dutch Treat as a recommendation, which is definitely a sativa). I’ve been a customer for quite some time because they have really decent prices and as a former budtender myself, I usually know exactly what I want and can get in and get out fairly quickly- but in terms of online ordering and/or wanting new things to try or other recommendations, it’s a huge miss. Being that I’m immunocompromised, I rely on online ordering for most purchases; and especially during the times of Covid, I think this is an area that needs focus from Cinder management.
