Cinder - North Division

I'm a regular at this location, the budtenders are amazing! Blue is fantastic, she is so helpful and fun to talk to, I'm always happy to see her when I walk in.

I literally refuse to shop other dispensaries. Lindsey is a phenomenal bud tender and I’m always stoked to get her as my bud tender when I come in. And that aside, Cinder really just provides the best customer service to me every time I’m in there.

Great deals all the time! I went today and will be back tomorrow for more. The people that work there are awesome and helpful. My favorite store to go to.

Best customer service, deals and selection in town!

We went in really close to closing (like 15 minutes) which was honestly kind of inconsiderate but they had exactly what we wanted and we got out of there in less than ten minutes. They were both really nice and quick while taking the time to tell us about their rewards program and discounts. I was really impressed by the quality of service we received!

Austin Larsen was our bud tender and he was amazing! While looking at our dabs he used a flashlight so we could see how clear it was etc. very pleased with the service and not to mention how helpful he was to me and my husband. Definitely will be back!

My visit was at the North Cinder. I come in on Saturday's and I always find this lovely budtender name of Kassie Anne**** Absolutely 💯 knows her stuff!! Taking time to inform me along with picking out the perfect relaxationals;);)

My budtender, Niwanno, is amazing! He is always kind courteous and shares his extensive cannabis knowledge freely. He always recommends high-quality products that I always enjoy. I am a big fan of your store and have been since you first opened up farther up north division.

Always super friendly and helpful staff. Zac H. Always greets me with a smile and is always patient and helpful when it takes me forever to decide on what I want. Wish the other locations were set up like the Northside location. Makes shopping easier 😊

Jacob Z (says he goes by “JZ” in the store) was highly inviting and welcoming as soon as I walked into the store. He was attentive to my wants and needs in regards to the type of oil I wanted and was quickly able to find something I liked. He was also extremely personable and easy to have a conversation with. This guy definitely deserves a raise 😬😂 thanks so much for the great service, JZ!

I have been shopping at Cinder since they started business here in Spokane. I always have a great experience! Zac H was so so friendly and very knowledgeable!! I'm indecisive but he was more than happy to help recommend things after asking my preferences. The people employed here care and it's so nice! The staff here is the best at what they do. Every dispensary I've visited is lack luster, whether its product or staff. Cinder though...y'all know what y'all are doing 😇❤

Tried curbside pickup for the first time today. Just one suggestion😊 It would feel safer if the person coming up to your window was wearing a mask, stayed 3 - 6 ft. back, and were wearing gloves. The person who helped us came to my window and was like 10 inches away from my face, they were not wearing a mask or gloves. The reason I chose curbside pickup was because I have to be super careful so that my parents, who are in their 80's, do not catch the virus. Practicing good hygiene and social distancing would be very appreciated as I love coming to this store! You always provide excellent customer service! Thank you!

Always love coming in to Cinder! Today Zac helped me and was really on top of it! He was fast, friendly and able to make great recommendations!

Was here again today and bought 5 grams of concentrate. James was my bud tender. He was extremely helpful and he found exactly the products I was needing. I really appreciate that he took his time to understand my needs and find me the products that address my personal medical needs I need from the products. I am telling you in my opinion Cinders North is the best place to get Medical Marijuana in Spokane Washington. I have been to others. But Cinders North is my favorite because of the Bud-tenders always being friendly and knowledgeable and the fact that I know I will get the best products for affordable prices from a clean and friendly location.
