Cloud 9 - Grand Isle

My wife and I have been using Cloud Nine in Grande Isle for the past two years and have always received great service by staff. Their deep level of respect and spot in recommendations have been greatly appreciated. As an example, we were there tonight and needed a product to help my wife sleep, which is hard for her to do because of arthritis. The young man there (I wish I got his name) knew immediately what she needed and he was exactly what you want to see in these important roles: knowledge and an ability to seamlessly glide into a customers demeanor of needing a guide, an ear, a shoulder and a genuine interest in his/her situation. When we got home and researched his recommendation, it had everything that my wife needs in it. All of the staff we've worked with are great and their products are high quality. I have been going here for about 3 years now. I have had nothing but exceptional service from ALL the staff here. The selection is pretty good and they are always adding new products. I've only been in there a time or two when the stock was super low and minimal, but that was only due to them waiting on the harvest and shipments. Those people coming here and expecting big dispensaries with tons of options, like in the bigger cities, need to understand where they are coming to... This is a SMALL community....small businesses are life here. Overall, this is my favorite dispensary to shop in the area, and I do recommend it!

I’ve been a regular here since opening. I’ve never had a bad experience with service or product. The Presque Isle store is excellent as well. Great product, great service, great prices, and a comfortable atmosphere. No need to shop anywhere else.

Idk the weeds passable but they just don’t cure it right idk why most of the concentrates are ok some are just kinda ok the ones they get from other places are better it sucks they’re growing for quantity over quality so if you’re there it’s better than a couple of the places in the area it sucks but you can’t get really good weed you’ll have to pay atleast up 250 or more for real fire bud
