I went to this clinic for the first time this week. I normally get a lot of anxiety when I go into the clinics, but Saf was a very warm and helpful budtender to talk with. Saf took the time to happily explain the difference of hemp CBD and Cannabis CBD - without making me feel stupid, and this is something I am so grateful for! When I come back to this clinic, I hope to always be seen by Saf! If you're new or returning, definitely try to see Saf and also if you are looking for honest information before your purchase, Saf is great and explaining things clearly and helpfully!

club sky high used to be my favorite dispensary in st. john’s, but the last few times i have been in the service has been exceptionally weird and rude!! this last time i admittedly was coming in a little late - about a half hour to close - but i walked in with my id in my hand ready to go, and the guy checking absolutely snapped at me saying “can i just see it?” anyway??? like i am already handing it to you sir! the bud tenders were also rude and impatient and pushed product i wasn’t really wanting on me, despite the fact that i knew what i wanted ahead of time since i knew i was coming in later than was ideal. i don’t know what happened here but the last time i was here in the middle of the day, the service was similarly impatient and clipped. i don’t know if management here has changed or something but it’s super disappointing to feel so unwelcome in a weed store of all places. not to mention i’m a really polite person and shopper. i didn’t ask a million questions or ask to see a bunch of things. i think i’m going to look for a new spot.

They say dynamite comes in small packages. This shop size might be smaller than some I’ve visited but the energy in the store made small cozy and product easily accessible without an extensive hike. As for the quality, fantastic selection. The brands available are ones I am used to at a price I was thrilled about. The moon rocks... It has taken me about twenty minutes to write this. Highly recommend. And I do mean highly.

Good prices and big selection. I’ve come in a several times. it was the only store close by for a long time and been happy with the sales but the budtenders used to be a lot more friendly or at least knowledgeable. This shop can’t seem to keep anyone long. I miss the budtender who knew about dabs and could get me the right thing every time. I have been going to la mota lately and found it is small but everything is good. They are friendly and know about there products.

Although I consider this a five star dispensary, I was disappointed with today’s visit. I went in looking for a $48. ounce as advertised in the “deals”. What I saw at about 2 in the afternoon looked to be pretty rough. I asked the bud tender if they had anything that wasn’t all stems or shake and her reply was, “What you see is what we’ve got.” Now, I’m not the type who wants to be fawned over when I come in; I like to find what I’m looking for and get in and out but I’m used to being treated by a friendly staff here; certainly less brusquely than today. Needless to say, I excused myself and made a quick exit empty handed.

I was actually trying to go somewhere else but got turned around and this ended up being the closest dispensary. I should have just rerouted to my original destination. My budtender seemed annoyed to help me, the store wasn’t very organized, very little visual appeal, and didn’t even walk me through the menu. Not even worth the stop. If you’re in St Johns, make the drive elsewhere.

Both times I visited I was helped quickly and efficiently by the same bud tender. They have veterans discount and a great selection from what I have seen. I try to be in and out before I’m distracted and spend too much and luckily I have been able to do just that without being pressured to buy other things. I will for sure keep coming back!

I have been coming here for just under a year now. I am definitely a regular customer (once or twice a week), and I always grab the same two things (1g Sativa Hush cartridge and an 8th of herb). I know pretty much everyone, and one of my favorite parts about picking up here was catching up with the employees; they always brought a smile to my face, and not just because I happened to be grabbing herb in the process. However, today (5/1/2017) will be my last day visiting Club Sky High. I'm not going into details because this is directed at the store and a particular employee. The manner in which I was treated this evening was completely unprofessional, rude, and incredibly disappointing. I was embarrassed in front of other customers/employees (friendly faces I see and joke with on a weekly basis), to be treated as if I'm a crack whore trying to pull a fast one on my dealer is outrageous, and seriously angers me. In the end another employee was able to resolve the issue and provide me with the original amount I paid for, but the manner in which I was previously treated is unforgivable, and has reaffirmed the idea that it only takes one bad weed to ruin a garden. To the rest of the store... I'm really going to miss seeing and talking with everyone. I wish you all the best!

Bud tenders don’t get to keep tips. Only get $20-40 a week. People tip because they know bud tenders are minimum wage. dispensary’s make too much money for that. When you treat employees good they are loyal. When you don’t you have high turn over rate and dishonest or unhappy employees.

Regular customer. Went in to buy product that was listed on their website, written on the in-store white board and also sitting on the shelf. As the cashier was ringing me up, some lady, rachael, comes out from the back and tells me that I can't actually buy it because it's not "scanned into inventory." (But was for some reason listed on their website and HAND WRITTEN on their whiteboard in two different places) She disappears into the back without so much as an apology and I leave. I call in about ten minutes later to speak with a manager. The girl who answers says there are no managers on site. I ask to speak with rachael, but the girl refuses. She then tells me what happened earlier was a technical glitch and it's just not a big deal. Still refused to sell it to me though. I tell her that's really bad business, advertising something then refusing to sell it. It's a big deal to me. She tells me she knows because "they" are all standing around discussing it. I restate that that's really shitty business and I can hear the owner in the background say angrily, "tell him to come down here and get it then." Such a childish way to handle things, telling me theres no management when the owner is standing two feet away. It's rediculous that the owner was standing right there and didn't just step up and handle the situation. That made it very clear to me that the ownership doesn't care about my business or loyalty.

Regular prices can be a bit high, but they have good daily specials and a good flower selection. More extracts would be nice
