I purchased a product that showed clear signs of mold (Aspergillus spores), which poses a serious health risk—especially for anyone with a compromised immune system. I returned within minutes to report it, but both the lead employee and their manager refused to inspect the product or take any action. I didn’t ask for a refund—just wanted to ensure other customers wouldn’t be exposed. The staff showed no concern for safety or accountability, and the lead declined to share their name or employee ID for follow-up. It’s concerning to see such disregard for patient health and product safety.
