Overall looks like every dispensary in Massachusetts. I bought an 1/8 of SDxAC, which they advertised as their OWN product. Apparently no other weed is theirs which is a little scary. I got it it felt a little light. I asked the kid at the counter if something was off on it, he said “nope. we wouldn’t accept it if it weighed less.” I asked one of the other budtenders if it was light, she says “we can’t really tell from up here.” How can you sell weed if you can’t weigh it? On top of it, when I got home it weighed 2.88 grams even.....therefore I’m missing more than half a gram. Clearly people don’t know what the hell is going on. I’ll keep going somewhere else.

This place is great!! Their product is a bit pricey compared to other dispensaries but I keep going back because they are always updating looking for the best flower and concentrates. The people are very nice and pretty knowledgeable, sometimes you can tell the rehearsed answers, was shortened change once as well, but they are all doing their best and you can tell here for the most part. The inside is beautiful, spacious, and just very high end compared to other places. The parking lot is always packed and I couldn’t find a space, despite being the only patient at the time there. But overall one of the best in the state and will always visit.

Clean and nice bud was kinda dry but wax was on point.

Great selection, great staff. After several visits my only complaints Laing is that they do not honor their promotions. Be sure to double check first.

Over all a great experience. Staff was friendly, great location and atmosphere. Great selection. Unbelievable new patient discount. The flower looked top notch in store but when I opened it at home was a bit too dry for my tastes "stale" is how I would describe it but it was effective. Certainly not bunk but room for improvement. The wax I got was top notch. Vape cartridge was ok, didn't taste right to me, better ones at other locations. Room for improvement. I think this will be a great spot in time, will be back.

Easy to get to and friendly environment. Staff were knowledgeable and the products are great. Wide variety of edibles and I look forward to returning.

Several visits...ounces for $99 seemed too good to be true...bought 2 ounces, trying to make tincture...decarbed, and decarbed again after drying out first batch to try to get something out of it...'twas a bust---did call and learned that (blah blah doesn't matter)...wonder where the 21% THC stuff ended up...all nice folks working, but I can't trust the quality any more.

Every time I've been in, there's been 10+ employees at the point of sales counters and 1-2 patients in the building. There's like a 6:1 Budtender to patient ratio. It just doesn't make a lot of sense, and it's strange to be placing an order with 4 employees standing behind the one helping you. Flower I've gotten has been wholesaled from other places mostly. The stuff I have gotten that Commonwealth grew might as well have been wholesaled, there wasn't a lot of difference. Quality is down in the state across the board and it's not being raised up too much by Commonwealth. If you think I'm hating: #1 you have a less-developed relationship with cannabis than me. #2, look at the menu: 15+ strains but only a handful that are in the 20-30% THCA range. By no means is this the only indicator that a strain is necessarily good or bad, but it is an indicator of how well the plants were grown. A great indicator is a strain like GG #4. If it is grown really well, it will top out at or near 30% THCA. If it's not, it'll still get in the low 20% range because its a great strain. It's just not grown as well as it could be. And I'm pretty positive they have the genetics wrong on the menu for Wedding Cake if that is a cut and not from seed. Rookie mistake. Positives: A few edibles they have are unique and tasty. Cons: See above.

Excellent prices, great loyalty/discount programs, and a friendly knowledgeable staff. Flower is consistently fresh and delivers on expectations. High quality well priced concentrates. Activ8 Vape line is a game-changer, they're 1/3 the cost of most cartridges without sacrificing flavor or potency. Location is easy to get to, plenty of parking, and an awesome facility. This is the best dispensary I've been to in MA.

Best flower I've seen in Mass yet. WELL worth the 30 minute drive. Knowledgeable budtender as well.

First time in the first time patient deal is excellent but their product speaks for its self i drove an hour to visit this location and it was definitely worth it and I’ll defiantly be returning!

Eh pre packaged bud isn’t my thing. Small selection compared to other dispensary’s. It doesn’t really WOW you when you walk inside either. Average.
