my first visit to a Michigan dispensary, compassionate Care by design in Kalamazoo. I was impressed with this staff and the atmosphere of the dispensary. it was a good visit.

I love to try something new ,so when I was shown the new preweighed flowers I said sure!I picked a eight of Skunk-chem and was told I was one of the first to try it!Well it is great fresh ,very flavorful !I will definitely be back for more thanks to all at Compassionate Care!

CCBD has a wonderful staff who is attentive and kind. When I walked in it felt like they valued my time and needs and were willing to help me with any questions I had. One thing I liked a lot was they’re professional yet down to earth vibe, which I haven’t found often at other dispensaries. Molly, our bud tender, was genuine and well equipped with knowledge. Super welcoming place, everyone should know about it. Also, they had good products and a large selection.

I'm a little late on feedback but service was great both times I've been there. Shout out to Alexandria for my 2nd visit and the guy with braces(sorry it was my first time and I can't remember your name) you both we're excellent and I will surely be back.

Great setup using stairs or elevator, I’m disabled. Y’all were very informative, willing to help & you have an excellent variety of products.

The private rooms are great! No security at the entrances though, didn't like that. I like the location, bud is good, sativa patch is really nice,bud tender was patient. Considering that you're new and under pressure due to the massive dispensary closings, you did an outstanting job! Standing room only in the waiting room as I left! Please enclude the % of indica/sativa on the strains listed online.

Driving from Lansing, I will say that the staff was excellent. Facility was clean and organized. They are in need of a bigger place with more and safer parking. 3 stars for service because I was unable to get the flowers that was posted on their site. So I was forced to purchase a strain that I didnt want. Maybe they should change their website so its more accurate with whats in each room, assuming that each room could have more or less product than the other. Even though I was a bit unhappy with the inaccurate website posting of flower. It turned out to be an good decision to make that drive. The flowers I did get, did the job.

This is by far one of the most professional atmospheres of any dispensary I have visited. Everything is very clean, organized and displayed well. Brice was the person that helped me out on my first (and only so far) visit. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and didn't act like he was in a rush to get the to next client. I bought edibles, cartridges, Moon Rocks and flower; all product has been great. CCBD is my new favorite dispensary and I will definitely be back.
