Fred was our Budtender this visit! Was very kind and showed us plenty of fire bud. Absolutely love this shop <3
The staff is what holds this place together. They are all super awesome. I really hate to have to take stars off for such poor quality medication and lack of knowledge regarding them. My biggest issue is that the place is so hurried up. I wish they would spend more time with me when I am there to find new forms of meds i have not tried before. thank you for letting me leave a review.

Nice staff, atmosphere, and decent selection of meds!
It was pleasant.
Mold, dry, everything in the book was bad with the meds. The budtenders are cool. The building is nice. I product really really really is bad.

Great variety. Friendly staff. Convienient location
First time visit to dispensary in Kalamazoo. Compassionate Care By Design, was a good place. Made me feel right at home and Von helped me out with any questions I had. Definitely be seeing more of me. Thanks guys.

Great facility with friendly and knowledgeable staff who took time to answer all my questions. Good selection and plenty of deals, even a senior discount. Highly recommended!

I love the welcoming feeling from the staff. Their selection, while small at first, has grown and improved with time. I highly recommend to everyone.

All of the staff have been very friendly. I have not had any issues with any of the products purchased. All of it has been exactly the quality that I expect for the price. I have been in many times with zero complaints!
