Craft Cannabis - Mill Plain

Unbelievable disappointment! I was 2 years loyal customer, spending a few hundred every month. Usually I was buying green stuff there and was really happy about the quality and customer service. But last week I bought the disposable cartridge to try. Didn't really use it, just tried a few times. Yesterday I wanted to use it, but it just stop working. And the light was on. I didn't really know what can I do, and I came to the store today morning to ask the manager. She said:"Sorry! But our policy for this is 72 hours and you have to bring everything back + recite" Guys- it's brand new! I am spending at your store a couple thousand a year and you can't make any exception for the loyal customer?? Really?! So your reputation cost only $30?! And at the end she said me "You are not welcome here anymore!" Goodbye! I really don't understand that. But will tell all my friends about their "customer service"!

0% quality of the staff provides WRONG AND MISLEADING information about their products, then refuse to stand by them. Every single time inside the store, they are all too eager to sell but apparently they are day trippers because they absolutely don't know their products. They refused to stand by their products and if sold a broken vape, well you're just shit out of luck. If you like voluntarily risking your hard earned money that they will NEVER refund even if the product is defective. In hard times like now , I don't advise anyone to risk it but hey, they need more dupes to make money off of. Will bulk customers just to make a fast buck. Charlatans. Liars. Thieves. Also, their ATM is generally compromised. Bank account was hit last year after using it and they didn't even care when I told them. Again. DOES NOT RESPECT OR CARE FOR CUSTOMERS BEYOND WHAT THEIR WALLET HOLDS ONLY.

the staff are pretty cool. I like them on their sales days for sure. they have a wide assortment to choose from. shootout to jason for always being a big help, but all the staff are pretty chill at craft

Employee Greg's customer service is highly highly recommend as his value in making sure clients are surely happy with their choices and he takes his time in explaining details of product to make sure that customers know exactly what they're choosing is what makes his service stand out from most employees and his service is probably one of the best experiences I've had with any employees in the whole company 💯 Highly recommend u ask him any questions concerns u may have if you're given the chance.

Great people , good price range on buds and concentrate. Not as much selection when it comes to edibles & other options but they definitely have good weed , pre rolls and dabs. For instance the herbery sells lube you don’t see anything like that at craft.

New Vansterdam is like FAO Schwarz for Adults and it's Christmas every day! I've only been to 9 Dispensaries, all but New Vansterdam are in Portland and I don't think those 8 Dispensaries total inventory can match NV selection! All the employees I dealt with me were friendly and knowledgeable! Thier concentrate selection was pretty weak. The prices are higher than where I normally go, but there are deals. Thier pre-rolls are reasonable at $5 a gram with High THC.

Love this place! First dispensary I went to when I started introducing marijuana in my lifestyle, and everyone's always so kind and knowledgeable! A little on the pricier end, but reasonable and everything I've tried has been good quality. Not to mention they typically have excellent selection and a royalty program that has saved me a good amount of cash. I totally recommend and will continue going for my favorite edibles and carts <3

Best shop I’ve been to in Southern Washington, BY FAR! The staff was extremely knowledgeable; those that didn’t have an answer to my question referred me to a staff member that had the answer. They let you pick your bud of choice after they’ve allotted you the time to observe options under the magnifying glass and lamp. As far as selection goes, they have to have the widest farm/strain/type selection in Washington. I can’t imagine any other place to have more. This is a Military Veteran friendly shop that I’d gladly recommend to friends and family in the area.

Customer service was lacking and unhelpful/unable in answering my questions. Prices on hash and other items are 20% higher (no pun intended) than where I normally shop. I normally go to the Herbery on St. John and their hash is $7 cheaper and their prices in general are cheaper and the staff has been helpful and the Herbery up the street has sniffable Phat Panda samples of flower where New Vansterdam doesn’t at all - Why? There are other spots in Vancouver area to check out besides this spot! I’m done going here.

I’ve been a loyal customer that comes in on average twice a week and my experience has been great until I had an issue. I purchased an 80 dollar glass piece on Valentine’s Day and it worked great until one day I went to pull the stem out and it shattered. I have had this piece for only 2 weeks and the most they were “able” to help me was to offer me 25 percent off a new one. If you aren’t going to stand by your products quality then don’t sell the item. If an item you sell breaks 2 weeks after it being purchased and during intended normal use then anyone in their right mind would expect at least 50% off a new one when it should honestly be free. I really like this place and it’s staff a lot and Its just sad how much they disappointed me in the end after how much money I spend in their store weekly. I guess taking care of a customer when your product is faulty doesn’t matter anymore.

It looks like a great location now :) I’ve noticed pricing is better, and the layout is improved. People are still super friendly, and very helpful and informative. I’m glad to be coming here once more. Great location. It’s clean and brightly lit.

After trying out a lot of different cannabis shops, this is the one I like the best. It's big and clean with lots of products to choose from. It's well organized and all the products are professionally displayed. I have had really nice interactions with the employees every time I've been there. I like their new purchasing setup as well (before we had to pay in the back room, I didn't like that feeling. not sure why.) Now we just pay at the counter. I was pretty new to buying/using cannabis when I moved here and I was able to get some good advice from the employees about which ones to start out with, in order to keep the "paranoiad feelings" from happening. Highly recommend.

If you are looking to be treated like a human being on while shopping for marijuana, you will need to shop elsewhere. The staff ignores customers and then acts like they are doing you a favor when they finally do help you. If you suffer from depression or a medical condition AVOID this place! They will make you feel worse. Be sure to get a receipt and check your purchase before you leave. They frequently give you something other than what you ordered. F-

This store was good when it was new. In recent times I have stopped going. Their own website and in store listings have misprints that aren’t honored and are frequently listing products they don’t have. They have stacks of leafy cards and promote people to find them here but do not update anything here, when told that their menu finally removed after 5 months of no updates they shrug it off. I will not be returning until they fix at least their listings.

The selection here is amazing and the feel of the shop is higher end. Their prices are really competitive. Most of their staff is really friendly, knowledgeable and committed to ensuring each customer is satisfied.

1st time going here was last night. I am not one for the THC but went for the CBD. the gentlemen that help me was really informative about CBD. The product he sold me was and is great. I will be back again to get more.

Amazing helpful staff that will get you what you want. I got some great deals on $4 Joints and $6 Grams maxing out at 28g! For under $150 I was shitting myself walking out the door - Finally a place where I can get a wide selection of good to premium weed at all time. The store is so big they have plenty of storage I guess! Il be high all month, thanks guys.

I have been going to this location for about 4 months now. Every time I go in, the staff is very friendly and it is very clean and organized. My favorite budtender is Sean Bowden. He is very knowledgeable and very friendly. I have never been anything but satisfied with his recommendations. He always has a smile on his face no matter what area hes working. I highly recommend him if you arwnt quite sure what you are looking for because his recommendations are soot on.

I went in for my first time a couple weeks ago. I was looking to purchase a oil pen. When I walked in I was greeted by Sean Bowden. He asked what I was looking for and what my price range was. He didn't try and pressure me into buying something more then I needed. He very very friendly and very knowledgeable. I walked away satisfied with my purchase and experience. I would highly recommend this establishment to my friends, as well as recommend they ask Sean Bowden for help.

Went for my first visit and can’t express enough how helpful Max Ma was. I’m a newby when it comes to marijuana so when I came, I came with a ton of questions. Max brought a ton of knowledge and answered all of them! He came to me with such professionalism and very friendly at the same time! Go see Max Ma if you’re looking for anything!
