This dispensary is wonderful! I order online and delivery is fast and smiling. All of the delivery people have been extraordinarily professional, friendly, kind and informative. Today Justice delivered to us taking time to explain the rewards system and the drawing currently underway as well as a way to post reviews on leafly. Thank you Justice! I will continue this great service and recommend them to others.
Dispensary response:

The interactions with staff were nominally interesting. Nothing much sets this place aside as special from other dispensaries. Prices are typical, some items much higher priced. They didn't do a bad job, they just did a job that seemed much more focused on making money for the company than understanding in depth what customer satisfaction means and how important of a role (or not) it plays in the success of businesses.
Dispensary response:
We're sorry you aren't appreciating what we have to offer but thank you for your review. This is honestly a shocking review for us. We are typically praised for our customer service, good prices, and constant deals. We certainly understand the importance of customer satisfaction which is why we offer 3 happy hours every day, 2 different loyalty programs, different specials each day, free home delivery, and are one of the only shops in town that offer price matching. We don't have the ability of large chains to drive wholesale prices down but are so committed to offering the best experience to our customers that we will match their prices to the point of nearly taking losses on our sales. We're sorry that our efforts aren't shining through to you personally, but can assure you that we are doing everything in our power as a 13-month-old company to be the best shop around. We definitely value building lasting relationships with the community over making money and honestly aren't sure where the disconnection is here. We'd love if you could reach out to CrushCannabis.Info@gmail.com to elaborate on what you feel we are missing. Thank you for your feedback and we hope you have a happy holiday season.
