Curaleaf has many benefits as a customer. To start, they have great deals and discounts at least a few times a week. Veterans are put first and from my knowledge have a considerable amount of helpful deals. However, Curaleaf could improve by offering even more discounts to veterans, first responders, police, teachers, and people of other selfless and brave professions. I have noticed that they do support a "police relief" organization for multiple towns and that is a wonderful endeavor especially when considering the demanding work schedule and heavy stress that police experience every day. I would like to see more fundraisers in the building but am happy to see they started a toy drive for families in the Hanover area (They currently have a solid amount of art supplies which is fantastic but it may be good to diversify the toys a bit to accommodate a wide range of interests for kids of various ages even up to high school age). I am happy to see that my favorite dispensary puts their customers first while finding smart avenues to give back to the community. This company, but more specifically with my experience at Curaleaf in Hanover, I would say they are doing a great job of using their high platform in the medical marajuana business to leave a healthy and humanitarian mark on the people they serve and the land they live and work on. Thank you.

It’s really hard to “get in & get out” at this dispensary. With online ordering consistently unavailable, you are at the mercy of the virtual line when you arrive. Wait times are usually longer than what is given at check-in... my advice - allot yourself at least 90 minutes for a trip here if you have other plans. Love this place, just wish ordering ahead was as easy here as it is at others dispos.

First of all the location is perfect it’s 1000 yards off of exit 13 off of 3A. The staff very very very friendly and I like that only having for flower products they could that could be improved concentrates excellent price is excellent the only thing I’m disappointed about is most places offer 20% for veterans this place only offers 10 but first time visits spend 100 bucks I get 50 backAlso the flower excellence not dry at all

This is hands down the worst dispensary in Massachusetts. The female sjw managers are nasty and unprofessional. They're all about control at this place. I bought a tincture here that I swear had zero real thc in it. I drank half the bottle and it did nothing. That confirmed it was fake imo. Don't go here. Not worth it. If you care about your rights, this place doesn't. They're obviously free Mason owned.

As far as the tincture goes, you may have a higher tolerance to THC or tincture may not be the best method for you. I always meet cool people in the lobby employ are friendly and helpful and the crescendo I’ve gotten 2 different times is A1!! Can get really busy or of nowhere tho so be prepared

I am fairly new to the medical marijuana community. In December last year I was able to communicate with my care providers and ask if this is an option to help treat my chronic pain and illnesses that have been exhausted from western and eastern medicine. The team in Hanover has been absolutely incredible since the day I walked into their facility. A little scared and nervous, but certainly very curious and at a state of complete disfunction due to my health. They have been incredibly patient, so knowledgeable and caring every single time I am there. And it’s been a lot on some occasions in trying to figure out what works and doesn’t. Even though I had no intention of going to flower. The benefits gained are far more effective at time than vaping. I haven’t been to any other medical shops, but their flower is exceptional. Always so fresh. The only downside is the quantity of product and different options. There have been many times, where I find a great blend or strain via cartridge because that is what is the most convenient and avoid the smell. I am sure I am not alone. So I just stay patient and have tried different blends of flower as a last resort. Cartridges definitely are the easiest to use and have been effective in managing my symptoms and helping get some of my life back. It can stink to run out of strains for a while. I will hands down say that my quality of life has improved greatly. I still have a lot of work to do and I use a lot of other tools in addition. The other item is offering their flower medicine in different sizes other than 1/8 or 1/4s. Offering in a per gram would be really helpful for those wanting to try a new flower but not have a mass quantity in case it isn’t the strain for them. One other suggestion would be to offer some way of disposing the cartridges. This shop and the staff are phenomenal. I have no need or interest in traveling elsewhere because this staff is so great I know they will help me. I am very grateful to have such a great facility nearby me.

Now that we are producing our own cartridges we are working to have more consistency in what we have in stock and a wider variety of strain types. We planted some new strains recently so keep an eye for some new flower down the line! Your feedback on packaging sizes is very helpful to hear, we will look into what other sizes might make sense. Worst prerolls ever. Poorly rolled no consistency and poorly ground. Garbage company.
They are one of the best dispensary’s I’ve been too. Their whole setup and process is streamlined to maximize efficiency. Always friendly, great deals, incentives and programs. Personally I love their concentrates the most. I’ve been to about 15-20 dispensaries in Mass and I’d put Curaleaf in the top 3.

This is my favorite dispensary! I am never anxious to go because every single time I've been, the staff has been extremely friendly, caring, genuine, respectful, personable, honest, and helpful. I have never had a bad experience :) The staff feel like friends

The wait is ridiculous. Super inefficient. Is there some sort of staffing issue? We wait outside 40 mins and then another 20 inside...with five people waiting ahead of me?

We apologize for the wait times, and appreciate your feedback. Unfortunately, due to the limitations on retail capacity set by the Governor, we can only help a certain amount of patients at a time. We also always try to give great service and never want to rush patients in and out for quick turn around times.

No communication. Long waits and understaffed. Every other one I’ve ever been to is 10X better. Live and learn. If you have a hole day to do nothing then shop here.
