The only complaint I have as of right now is the prerolls packaged by curaleaf. They are very low quality and burn very inconsistently. The staff are always very helpful and accommodating though

I visit this dispensary exclusively and a large part of it is one of their employees, Shawn. Ever since I’ve been goiMy to Curaleaf Shawn helps me find exactly what I am looking for for my body type. He takes his time with me and always informs me of any deals there are going on. I ask for him when I use the Med side but he is always on the Rec side. I literally only go to this dispensary because of this employee he is extremely advanced and knows what he is talking about with every product. There is a reason why I drive as far as I do to visit this place, a big reason is their customer service and this individual .

My absolute favorite central Mass dispensary! They always have new products coming, raffles, giveaways, points, rewards and the staff is so enthusiastic and inform you of every special of the day! Staff really take time to meet each patient and remember them next time they come in. They did change their flower packaging from those pouches (wasn’t a fan of them flattening the buds) to recyclable bottles that you can see the product inside so there one downfall is now gone in my opinion Definitely worth checking out and signing up for messages to check the weekly sales! 14 prerolls for $140 + 10% off? Yes please!

The customer service was top notch and as a first time med card holder they made sure I was informed and saved the most money I could. So glad I chose to go here for my first med purchase! The product quality, as always, is so good. Definitely recommend.

These guys are great. So friendly and will do anything to get you your bang for your buck. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I really only go to Curaleaf prices are perfect and discounts are fantastic.

Headband from curaleaf always a favorite til my last purchase. Very disappointed in the size of flower, mainly pieces smaller than popcorn buds ~ more like popcorn kernels. I called to let them know and was told the manager was in a meeting and would call me back ~ no return call. I called back the next day (today) and was told her manager was in a meeting and asked if I wanted a call back. I responded that I would like a call back - still waiting. My complaint is that I thought I was buying first quality medical flower not scraps. The sale should have been labeled "popcorn bud & smaller" as sales in the past have been. Then patients would be able to make an informed decision as to wether or not they want to purchase it.

First time visiting last week and went again today, just found out they went recreational last week and I’m glad I gave it a try. Bud is a little dryer than other dispensaries, but the quality is good. The selection is great. Cookie pebbles was the first strain I tried from Curaleaf and I loved it, very relaxing high. Staff very knowledgeable, friendly, don’t hover or overwhelm. Inside is small, but pleasant. Everything is on display in a glass case which is neat. You are in and out, no hassle. Highly recommended.

Very knowledgeable staff wonderful selection

Purchased a Jack Herer UKU Cannabis Distillate cartridge from Curaleaf yesterday. Very smooth, flavorful hits with a lovely cerebral high. Staff here are always caring and kind, and helped me make a selection tailored to my interests. My only recommendation would be for a slightly larger cannabis (flower) selection.

Not much to dislike here. The staff is always SUPER helpful and friendly. First time user I needed lots of guidance, the staff makes me feel comft asking what I think are “silly questions”. The DEALS?!? OXFORD RESIDENTS 10% off always, stacked w the daily deals makes this more affordable than anywhere else, and it is super quick, not usually any line... I’ve tried other places but always return here. Friendly faces, knowledgeable about the product, and I’ve been coming here for a year now, never had any negative experiences here👍🏻😊

At one time, Curaleaf Oxford published all of the cannabinoid compositional data for their products. This information is essential for medical patients seeking products containing minor components helpful for their specific ailments. Now they went through their site and DELETED much of this data. Bad enough that they apparently won't publish all of this data any longer, but really, they DELETED information too. It wasn't necessary because the data wasn't confusing or anything like that; when someone clicks on a link called 'test results', they expect to see numbers! Thus, until they correct course, I'm giving Curaleaf a bad review. Easy to fix. Too bad, they were publishing more data than almost any other dispensary.

Security guys are jerks. Visited for the first time in months and still same old same old. Avoid.

Loving the reviews on here of pissed off people because they didn't know it was medical only. Maybe, look it up since there are only maybe 5 shops that have recreational licenses so far? Do your research, don't blame others for your stupidity. I've seen it happen at the doors of places and y'all look ridiculous getting mad about it. Also, I am curious to know what the difference is in getting smaller buds vs. medium/larger buds if the weight is the same? I am genuinely curious. Curaleaf has the NICEST staff, the CHEAPEST prices, AWESOME bud, and AMAZING deals! I've been to too many places that the prices are outrageous. Curaleaf is my main. ❤

You MUST have a medical card to get through the door. Small detail they left out. I could only rate it 1 star because there is no 0 star choice. I drove there on a dedicated ride, only to find out that they don't have or participate in recreational products. I was very disappointed in them for not advertising that only people with a $300.00 doctors medical card are allowed inside. Very inconsiderate owners. Boo Hiss I will never shop there, even if they do decide to go recreational. Thumbs down.

Knowledgeable and pleasant staff. Large product selection

I went today at 3:50 pm parked in the lot, no shuttle needed. I literally walked in looked at the menu for 20 seconds, bought some 1/8th of cookie pebbles and was in my car 2 minutes later. Very dry compact buds. nothing mind blowing but 40 dollar plus tax . Seems fair to me.
