So organized! I have never spent more than 15 mins in the store when I place online orders. I’m in and out! they have such sweet people working here; I love chit chatting with all of them <3

This is by far the best dispensary. I always get high quality flower for much less here. I am a medical patient and can't afford the high prices the rest charge, but I need strong flower to relieve pain. Thanks Curaleaf!

been shopping here for 3 years and today is the day i stop going here because of recreational. they dont honor the deals on line that honored the week before even tho online said there doing a deal there today.

I’m a medical patient that comes to Curaleaf for the Kief. It is the best Kief in the state right now and I’m picking up another quarter tomorrow if they have it! It’s so sticky and yummy. Also, the medical online order line is fast and reliable. Love this Curaleaf! Thanks y’all.

I have enjoyed coming to this location for over 4 years, and I have seen it go through a lot of changes. Loyalty only goes so far when profits remain the focus since Cura has taken over. Recent price increase you stated in a response to a review: We had to increase our prices due to the coin shortage going on across the US. Our prices include tax now so what you see, is what you pay. Ok, so why did select brand cartridges (as 1 example) increase from $40 to $45! Our tax is in Gilbert is only 7.8% so what use to cost me $43.12 now costs $45. So that difference goes right into your pocket as profit. May not seem like a lot but multiply the volume they sell each day from all their locations and they are raking in thousands of dollars right out of our wallets. Then they removed regular discounts like senior discounts from patient accts but did not say anything. So I did not get my discount applied on a couple visits until I noticed the difference and called it out. Bud tender verified that the discounts were removed from accounts so he would just add it back on. Shady practices, focus on profits at expense of customers, poor communications - is what I have experienced here.

Straight disappointed. A $300 med card apparently only gets you 10% off Lape Urban strains that are either full of sticks or seeds.. how does this trash even qualify as meds? I can tell none of you rely on cannabis as a holistic alternative to pharmaceuticals and if you do, you sure aren't in the industry for anything other than money. For how big Curaleaf supposedly is you'd think your quality and price points would reflect that. Guess I'll make the pilgrimage to Natures.

Quality is hit or miss. Most often than not, baseline tier consists of nothing but dried out Lape strains they've been tryna push for months that no one wants. Its sad, this place would be packed af if they could only keep a decent selection on their shelves. Guess I'll be mobbing down the street to Mint.

I don’t know the name of my Bud Tender or Med Tender. She is fantastic every time 😜. The atmosphere is fantastic, the music is nice and the facilities are top notch

Place is solid...been there since it was emerald, they've improved layout, staff is very friendly and helpful, sometimes there's a line that drags a bit, but overall 👌 👍

This place is always busy af, usually if you preorder it helps speed things along. Other than the wait, this place is ok.

Terrible wait line worst service in all the east valley, over priced AND add taxes, don’t accommodate to medical at all, kind meds on baseline and sticky on Riggs every and any time If u actually smoke flower for the quality not an 18 year old buying Reggie bulk, DONT WASTE UR MONEY HERE

Why even bother doing pick up orders if you just sell the product anyways? This is the third time I’ve placed a pick up order and when I get it after work the product is sold. It’s unacceptable.

The first time me and my boyfriend went by this location was an absolute bust. We're both D.As and medical patients. We were pointed to probably the WORST budtender they have... She didn't properly apply any discounts/rewards and was more interested in sexy posing and pushing out her chest at my boyfriend while she tapped EVERY. DAMN. SURFACE. with her nails. Tap tap tap tap tap tap tap tap tap. We ALMOST said we'd never be back. This time I specifically asked for and waited for Krystal. Krystal is an amazing tender. The entire transaction with her was fantastic and she suggested a great flower for us. A model Budtender with no web model gimmicks. Ask for Krystal if you want great service and knowledge. See ya next time lady.

So I just moved down here from Boston. let me tell you the pricing down here and the availability is so much better. It was so quick we were there for about 20 minutes from start to finish.and the staff was spot on gentleman that help me was very knowledgeable and even taught me something new and that's saying a lot. I read a lot about this kind of thing. so it was nice to learn something new. I would definitely say go here the prices are good and the staff is very friendly. and helpful.

This location used to be awesome when it was Emerald and not Cura Leaf. Ever since Cura took over, this location doesn't ever seem to be consistent and the quality of their house meds has gone through the floor. I've looked on their website and when I called to ask a question was told their website was incorrect and I shouldn't be looking there. The wait is always super long(I know not much can be done there). Don't bother placing an online order as you will still sit in the back of the line too. The only reason I even go to this location anymore is for convenience and because I get a friends/family discount since I have a sibling working at a different location. However, after being told I was getting a discount and then charged full price the last few times, I was finally told this location removed all of their patients' discounts and they are now required to get them re-added to their account at the original location they were given and they will no longer be honored. Well, thanks to Covid I now have to wait because my sibling can't work for the next few weeks due to exposure and needing to get tested. The budtenders themselves at this location are great and very nice. I'm just really disappointed to see where this store has gone since it was Emerald. I'm going to try to continue going however I will probably start shopping around to different dispensaries in search of better quality meds and business practice.
