They must treat their employees like shit because most of them are rude. There is no indication of how to pick up an online order. There is a worker there, but they appear to know less than nothing. I remember why I stopped coming to this place two years ago. There are better dispensaries within a few miles of here.
BEST IN HOUSE SHATTER IVE TRIED, they tested at 65% and 68%, but guys, its not all about the thc content, the flavors taste like the flavors, and it burns phenomenally well, the shatter is a darker gold color but is well packaged, and smokes well. I also picked up MPX and item 9 concentrates. Bud Tender extremely helpful, knows his concentrates.

I've been getting over charged the past couple times I've went. But I love this dispo so much I wouldn't go anywhere else
I can't complain at all about Curaleaf everytime I'm there I get along great with everyone. My only complaint I have is due to covid-19 and not Curaleaf's fault for having to start a check-in for everyone that shows up, but I wish the pickup orders didn't have to wait on the same check-in list as those who are just showing up. There may not be a possible solution to this problem, all I can suggest is informing customers who have pickup orders that they can check-in on a separate wait-sheet **but** nothing else can be ordered to just get them in and out. If they choose to want more than their pickup order then they can check-in on the list of people who are walk-ins. Please consider this idea because my pickup orders lately have taken 1 to 2 hours to prep, which is understandable with everything going on, but when I'm told my order is ready I show up and have to wait another 45min behind people who just showed up. This is frustrating when it takes only 3min to pickup my order and go. I hope a solution will come eventually, til then please keep up all the great work and thank you for all that you do! Still my favorite dispensary

TheresDustinMyWeed, unfortunately due to this pandemic we are having as many pre-orders as walk-ins. Especially in the morning, on promotion days, we get 100's of orders in the first hour. Then as the day goes on we have as many people checked in as pre-orders as walk-ins. Many times we will have more pre-orders than walk-ins checked in. Like now, we have 9 people checked in and 6 are pre-orders. I understand this is a difficult time but if you want your order as fast as possible, being here at open will always be the fastest way to get the product you want. I know this is not ideal situation for anyone but we are doing our best during this difficult time.

First time here and Steve helped me out. He was super helpful and friendly. This was the best dispensary experience I've had in months. Front door staff was great too.
Well, probably should of read the reviews before going in, Green Poison isn't anywhere near the quality Id expect my first time into a dispensary. While my budtender was friendly enough, I'm honestly kinda put off as to why I just spent $225 on a med card. Not sure I'll be coming back, atleast not here.
Service is downhill. Last 2 visits were painful. Heading to anywhere else next time!
really good Mohave for good price if you go into phoenix it's 60$ for an 8th you come here if your med it's 42$ flat come here for Mohave
Friendly staff, Mikey D, Cole, Crystal, so many others always helpful selecting the kind or kine budds. Tranica, good job on the remodel. keep the kine budd coming! I dig the cool nug jars from G3, Item 9 Labs. all the way "Live" with the glass for my grass !

What are you guys doing?! I got off work to late to come in last night and was going to wait till this morning to purchase my meds. Check the website and Leafly to see what strains you guys have and prices have changed, AGAIN. We have like 2 strains on baseline, there's no $30 8th strains, they're back up to $38 and you're STILL trying to push Lape despite the resounding cry from us patients for better quality at an affordable price. You have how many dispensaries in Arizona and yet for some reason you can't seem to set yourself apart from everyone else. Imagine how busy you guys would be if you'd just listen to the feedback of your patients but this ain't it.
I like the deals and the people that work there. I dislike having to ask for the daily deal. For example yesterday when I went there was a deal spend over $120 get a free curaleaf cartridge which I had to remind them of. Also I’m starting to notice on my receipts that I’m not getting my Veterans discount on regular priced items. Is that something I also have to ask for? My cashier was Joshua k on the receipt. I spent $293 at 12:59pm Sunday.

ShaunDuff, I looked into your transaction. Private reserve and individual pre-rolls are not dis-countable items unfortunately. For those FREE items, always double check to make sure you receive them. We are busy and occasionally they are forgotten. If they are, we can always credit your account although we aim to get 100% of the patient's orders correct. Been to other Curaleaf locations. This one gave me pretty good customer service when I had a little problem. Budtender was very friendly. Meds were good.
Really good dispensary, great staff and concentrate selection. Too everyone saying recreational hurt medical I think you just need to put on your big boy pants and understand that it was going to happen one day, the first steps everyone knew were going to the “medical” way so now we’re here. I know plenty of people who have their med cards that do and don’t have pain it’s a rare few that actually do. You do not get to choose who should and shouldn’t use cannabis I can get my medical card after being in 2 motorcycle accidents but why? Why be in a system that makes me forfeit rights? I know most people are happy they don’t have to pay way more off a person with their med cards or go to sketchy places in the ghetto to get street smoke. Thank you curaleaf for the great environment, I look forward to coming again and shopping, this is going to be so great for the communities!!

I moved into the neighborhood a few months ago and this has become my regular shop with the great deals and service. I recently had a few defective live resin pods from Item 9 Labs and the team saw everything through until I left completely satisfied 🤙🏻🤘🏻

I’ve come to this dispo twice and both times have left unsatisfied. Both times I online ordered and both times my order was incorrect. Long lines and subpar customer service. The only reason I came back was because I forgot I had been here before.
Online ordering saves time. Always fast and friendly.
As a med patient, I was super stoked to finally see Curaleaf offer $50 half ounces from growers other than Lape last week.. apparently that was a one and done sale. Curaleaf should REALLY look at sales from that week and take the hint.
