I love this place so much. The ambience, the staff, the edibles, oil cartridges, but I HATE that they price their top shelf at 60 when the quality is worth maybe 35. Cmon guys!! I love y'all but find a new grower/distributor!!! Please!!!!

So I'll tell you why the horrible review. I've been coming here for a few years and enjoy the products, I really do. The prices however are steep. Today was the second time I've had this rude girl as my register, same girl. I don't know if she has a problem with me or just hates her job, she "threw" the concentrates at me as they slid across the counter, my first time with her it was her attitude, she was rushing me and when I asked questions I got short, uninterested responses.. Same thing again from the same girl. She also didn't give me my 10% concentrate discount on top of that I went home and weighed my gram of agent orange crumble which came out to .7 which is now making me question to even go back. I'm not one to complain not get anybody in trouble but seriously.. I shouldn't have to go through this. Later.

I previously left a dissatisfied review for this dispensary, and I really wish I could remove or update the review. The reason being that a manager reached out to me and rectified the situation. Definitely a dispensary for the people. Thanks!

Suggested donations are getting higher and higher for low quality meds and places like this are taking advantage of the patients. With the 25 mile law now in effect they are going to try and force us to use the over-priced dispensaries. The bulk email, eh, stuff happens, a discount or an actual sincere apology would have been nice not just a "oh crap I better cover my ass" email. Now to the real issue I stopped going to this place back in October/November after I made a donation for a 1/4 of Bubba Kush only to get it home and see that it had mold spots. The only reason this was noticed was from the photos I took of the meds. Also I have gotten a couple different strains which I use on a normal basis from other dispensaries and they were not even close and I do understand pheno type yadda yadda but I also know my strains and they were not correct pretty sure they were both GDP which I don't care to much for. Since then I've noticed your donation rates increase I'm guessing this is due to the fact that you have very little repeat customers. I wonder why? Normally you guys have a great menu which was what got my attention in the first place but am I actually getting the strain I ordered? Has it been cured properly? I have my doubts. Friendly staff though and it's a shame to see such knowledgeable people being forced to push over-priced questionable meds. I get painful back spasms and cannot be without my meds on some nights in order to get any sleep. I have a prescription for strong pain meds (oxi) that I haven't used since I've got my MMJ card and at this point will never use again. People like me depend on high quality flowers for a reasonable suggested donation and places like this are doing the exact opposite. The 25 mile law is only going to make things A LOT worse. My first time at the shop was a bad experience. their buzzer was broke and it took forever to even get inside the door. long wait once i got inside. the first guy couldn't get the system working and took a long time just to get me set up. the budtender offered me very little information and seemed annoyed by my questions. quality of the bud was mid level for their "top shelf prices". overpriced and overrated

This was my first visit ever to a dispensary, but having done a significant amount of research myself before going in, I felt this dispensary was very helpful answering additional questions I had, and they helped me feel very comfortable. Great experience, I highly recommend!

I come here at least once weekly and everyone here knows me as "Ice Queen Jones" I love how personable everyone is, and the ladies are always uplifting when I've had a bad day. If you ever come to them with a problem they always have a quick solution. Quality place. Ice Queen recommended ;)

the location is a bit hidden. the flower is decent but this review is for their concentrates. I bought a gram of infusion "critical super silver haze" and am very displeased. it tasted horrible. almost foot like... there papers say it tested at 84%.thc but I had to dab quite a bit more than usual. I've been disappointed with all concentrates on the area actually. wish you guys would put out better quality medicine for your patients.

I have been a loyal Emerald-er for some time now, and most of my sentiments about the Palace are top notch, but I have a criticism about the new gals.... The vibe from the budtenders that have been there for some time has always been from firstly an understanding of the patient's needs and also how they are affected by strains, as some are different. (Peppy is nice but you have to read your patient and understand them too;) It came off as very sales-like and maybe most can't see through that vibe, but it felt a little dirty coming from an establishment that reeled me in with the vibe and the knowledge and genuine nature of the tenders. I didn't see the very beginnings of the Palace team but it's also a good idea to keep the pep level for newbees somewhat contained otherwise it shows in their energy when the newness of the job wears off.... Seen a little of this in relatively newer folk too-- Just keep it real and genuine and you can't go wrong. Also, maybe consider 2 specials a day, one flower for the 'ancients' and one whatever else from the vapo- edi- trendy items-- Please us all! :)

Best for quality and quantity if you are a patient needing pain relief and anti spasm products, like tropical rubs, this is the place.

this place was the bomb.com...fresh tasting good looking good and had me feeling over good...definitely will b returning...
