I love Curaleaf. Undoubtedly the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff in phoenix. The line is always long but it always goes super fast and the budtenders never rush you or patronize you. Flower is always bomb fire and they have a wide selection on concentrates. It's my regular dispensary and I recommend it to anyone and everyone.
Even with their current remodeling they’re one of the quickest shops to get you in and out. Never had a bad review for any product I’ve purchased. Highly recommend it.

The feel of the place is nice, especially the young lady at the front,but there has been multiple occasions where things got messed up. It has been twice were I place an online order and it says it’s eeady and then I get there and it was never made and the item I order is out. This last time i came to do a pick up order and with all the craziness of course there is going to be a wait no doubt. So I check in and the gentlemen said it will be 45 mins and I will get a text. Ok so I Wait in my car. An hour later I go check to see if the time is coming soon. To find out the guy was letting people who were 45 min late to show up for their turn. Now I have to wait more time. When I brought my concern up to one of the employees over the phone. All he had to say to was that there is an hour wait everywhere.
It don't matter how many fake reviews y'all write yourself, NO ONES getting on board with Lape. Do better.
Bought a cartridge today but when i got home an opened it the tube it was in was already open and the cart is already half way empty do not trust this place at all
The bus tenders are always nice and super helpful. They give great recommendations based off my needs, very important for me to have first hand suggestions from an experienced tender. I will be back often!

It was my first time coming here a couple weeks ago and they were so nice! Talked to me by my name, walked me through the process, but also made it quick and easy to find what I needed! The flower here tastes great and feels great, would recommend anyone with their card to make a stop here! Will be coming back!
soooooo this place is usually my go to spot but when I place a pickup order and I get a text stating it's ready and when I get here, I did out that I'm in line with everyone else and there is a 25 minute wait its stupid. they didn't save one register for pickup so you have to stay in line. it's a waste of time to do pickup here. dumb.
leaving out all the information that would quantify any sort of "tier" system. I guess I'm just supposed to take your word for it that this flower is worth the cost over that flower. Hard pass. Drug dealers on the street can do better, why can't you?
Pretty good dispensary. It could be great, but they have a habit of advertising BOGO's when they have no stock. I mean NONE. please do better, patients need real medicine. Not bait and switch

I had a problem with some products in my order and after voicing my concerns I was contacted by management to correct the issue. The staff were very friendly and helpful, Tranica and Machala were great! The problem was no fault of CuraLeaf’s, it’s a quality assurance at the point of manufacture for the item. This staff cares about it’s patients.
