Curaleaf - Gilbert

I juuuust got my card so this is the first AZ dispensary i’ve ever been to; i was pretty nervous, thinking i wouldn’t know what to do or ask. Everyone was very helpful! From the moment i walked in the door i was greeted by a smiling energetic young lady - unfortunately i did not catch her name. After checking in she walked me over to budtender Smith. i can not rave enough about Smith!! I asked for a nice edible recommendation that will give me energy. she suggested happy hour tropical energy drink. it is now hands down my new favorite. it tasted amazing, made me feel sooo good, and i had energy for HOURS - and not anxious caffeinated energy 🙌. Thank you so so much for such a wonderful first experience! i will be back! 😻

First things first, I don’t have anything negative to say about this place! Every budtender is extremely patient, mindful, respectful, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. One of my favorite places to shop at! Not only do they have some of the greatest deals than others, but they always have a ample amount of selections to choose from. They also always have great music playing in the store as well as everyone is always exerting positive vibes, high energy, and happiness throughout! Always a pleasure going to Curaleaf, in Gilbert, Az!

I've been going to Curaleaf - Gilbert since they opened and my review is as follows... #1) GREAT pharmacy style service here. The staff here are all very professional, friendly and helpful every time. I must also mention (VERY IMPORTANT) that all employees are strictly following COVID-19 safety protocol at all times!! #2) BEST quality merchandise every time. #3) IRIE Vibes here. Great energy and music every single time I visit. Thank you Curaleaf- Gilbert.

whats up with this system trying to make things faster they making everything slower like what kind of idiots send you a message telling you that your order is ready after you been waiting for 3 hrs you come to this place and for a sweet surprise that you have to check in and wait 40min to 1 hr more do you guys know the meaning of "READY" way faster pull up and pick up gets rid of line faster have a second line for people that are doing walkings work smart not hard and safely for corona virus dont keep people waiting for extra hour is not healthy at this time

So, riddle me this Batman.. you've got 2 strains, both are $10 a gram. In bulk, the price of one comes to $70 a half, while the other is $110. You guys just tossin' out numbers and hoping something sticks or is there a specific reason you can't seem to nail down your prices from week to week?

I called ahead since it was my birthday I got a suggestion for an 8th of flower, I'm on a strict budget so I thought I would take advantage of the 5$ off. Not only did the tender completely ignore my request to use the birthday offer when asked the flower suggested was powder dry almost left in the sun or drained of thc. Like old meds

Customer service is top-notch every time I have gone in there since I've gotten my card I've always been treated well educated well-informed well and you guys have some of the best deals around Bryson today really looked out and I'm on my way in to pick up my order I want to appreciate your business and all of your employees you guys rock

They are certainty better then the Emerald dispensary they replaced but only just. They place looks exactly the same inside and out as before, which is fine. The atmosphere is fine, no bells or whistles. Some basic chairs lined up in rows. Wait times are usually tolerable, but expect to wait for at least 5-10 minutes at least. Products aren't any cheaper then the area competition and the deals are usually what I like to refer to as, "Second Tier" . These are deals that won't have lines around the block but every few weeks you can get a discount worth talking about, otherwise ehhh. Prices normally are standard, not pricey but not cheap. This is the closet dispensary to my house, less then a mile, but I usually take the drive to one of the Oasis's. I will go here as a 2nd or 3rd option.

I like the fact that this is close to my house.. went in tonight to pick up a to-go order which was as advertised online half ounce of Jack Herer for $40 the guy tells me oh we sent a Big Text out that it's $55 for a half ounce not $40 really because I didn't see that and nothing said my online order was wrong or messed up he goes into the back I guess to speak to a manager who he advised me will not honor that price I told him I only had $55 since I only expected to spend $40 he says it's going to be $56.06 I told him I come here at least twice a week spend a lot of money with you guys if you're not going to honor a dollar off my total I will never come back here he said the manager declined to waive that dollar and he took a dollar out of his pocket I really appreciated it but after today I will never come back here what a joke don't advertise stuff online and then not honor it in person especially when an online order is made with it. Quality of customer service is a joke.. I will go out of my to spend my money some where else with better customer service.
