Cashier charged me double, and shorted me 3.5g of Blackberry kush,! ( MY WORD AGAINST THEIRS) AND the shatter the quality of the product is horrible , unless you like smoking or eating paper.

Disappointed in Curaleaf as a whole. Budtenders are awesome. Management constantly changes prices on specials and removes them without notice. If you don't have the supply to meet the demand, then find more supply. Patients shouldn't have to compromise their wallets for the company's bottom line. The order process through Leafly is a joke also, they don't advertise their bottom tier pricing at all anymore. The carts on special today are not available either. Curaleaf's website wouldn't let me order flower either, citing various errors. Thought about emailing them directly but this seems more appropriate, any patient wanting to shop here should know about these problems. Especially with the pandemic, other shops are transitioning to online orders only and I've had no problems with ordering what's on special. Won't be returning.

Horrible dispensary. For one I think it’s ridiculous that Curaleaf does not consider you a new patient if you have been to Emerald before. Emerald and Curaleaf are 2 different places. Period. I’ve tried this place twice nice and both times were terrible. First time wasn’t totally horrible as the ATM ran out of money. Not really their fault and something that happens. What is their fault is not having anyone on hand who knew how to fill the machine. When they told me it would be 25 mins before someone could fill it I told them I couldn’t wait and had to cancel my order. The guy just said ok. No apology or any acknowledgement that I as a patient was walking out empty handed. Now today they have a B1G1 on something I need and I will be in the area later. I placed my online order and 3.5 hours later received a text that it was ready. I arrived an hour after that text and was told it would be another 40 min wait. People walking in and checking in have the same wait time I do and I placed my order almost 5 hrs ago at this point. I will never come back, no matter what deal they have. They are unorganized and just want as many orders as possible even if it means inconveniencing the patient. Never again.

They have a great selection and decent prices with rewards but their overall service is just awful. The people are wonderful but their process is amateur at best. Yesterday I ordered online and they texted to say my order is ready. I show up only to be told I have to wait an hour and 20 mins to be allowed to pay. If my order is ready, let me pay. if it is not, don't text me and tell me to come and get it. You're wasting peoples time and during a pandemic, it's not just rude or bad business, it's dangerous.

I go to curaleaf every Friday and sometimes I’ll go in between the week. They are usually friendly but this that I went, Siarra R was helping me with my meds. I didn’t really feel welcomed by her when I asked her a question. Usually the staff is really happy to answer questions but I felt like she just wanted me to leave. The reason I’m writing this post is because she started checking all of my money to make sure it’s all real even the $5 bills. This was a first for me at this location, I noticed this because no other cashier was doing this. And like I said I go every Friday and every time I go the cashier never puts the medication away as if I’m going to steal it like she did. She did not make me feel welcomed like everybody usually does.

I bought the snoochie boochies from the jay and silent bob collection. I did my research and was lead to believe that this was a heavy hitter. I smoked the whole 1/8 in a day which is not typical with my usual indica strain of og 18. I may have gotten a unfresh batch since it was unsealed when I opened the jar and supposedly filled with distillate. I don’t know. What I do know is I will never EVER spend $70 for an 1/8 of their product AGAIN. I was very disappointed.

Constant deals and a bunch of cool employees make it so easy to shop here. The point system is cool too! It’s always very clean.

This is the best dispo hands down. But they took away the special I have always got because of recreational. While I understand they’re crazy busy I don’t think it’s cool to take away from the medical patients. My last visit was almost double the price I normally spend, and I won’t be back unless they bring my special back. I was so excited for recreational but it seems every dispensary was unprepared. Other than the special though, everything about this dispensary is awesome. Hopefully everything goes back to normal soon.
