🕡 the BEST, HANDS DOWN like 6:30 🕡 A++ service ( I love the vibe everytime and the recommendations are always on point, I forget her name, please forgive me but the beautiful red head and there's a few other hippie like beauts that are great people A++ and the herb as of lately especially has been super A++..if you like a good silver tier they offer some of the best by "the pharm" if you know what to look for that's a great choice and if you like gold tier or platinum they have great selection in house and the sublime is amazing..I have the WATERMELON ZKITTLEZ right now by sublime and I paid 100 for the oz and it's unreal how sweet and dank it is for the price...no cap for real some of the BEST, HANDS DOWN like 6:30 🕡 I've had at gold tier it should be platinum tier but don't tell anyone haha 😉but hey CURALEAF don't I deserve a trip to Amsterdam for the title alone I mean come on!!! one love y'all! ps I'm higher than a GOODYEAR BLIMP so don't mind my Grammer spelling wtf..lol -John Lucas

Erica was amazing!! So patient with me, so helpful and super friendly. She taught me about “can pay” and waited patiently until I signed up for it. I was extremely satisfied with her help and wonderful customer service. You guys have amazing people working there!!

The atmosphere was great! First time in curaleaf and I ran into a glass wall. Love how professional the workers where and it made me feel better no one laughed. The Guy in the front that scans ID has to be one of my favorites so far, and the sweet lady that helped me at the register. Helped me with the Mango disposable she knows who she is. 😋❤️

Overcharged during 1 visit. Given the incorrect change the next visit.They tries to charge me more than what was quoted online I had to get the manager and he had boo boo face. I thanked him he did not say you're welcome. Emailed corporate with receipts they don't seem to care. They would change their name to PureCreeps.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I specifically smoke Jeeters, Baby Jeeters to be exact. Strawberry Shortcake Baby Jeeters in the 5 pack. I will literally look at the deals DAILY & spend hundreds of dollars on sales around my area. I drove 30 mins to this location, for my 1st time. Only to find out, for some reason, the Strawberry Shortcake Jeeters (the only flavor she said) was medical only & I could not purchase it. I also bought a Bubblegum but I could buy that just fine. She advised me "it's because they're branding to little kids so they're putting their foot down". She kept repeating "I just can't sell it to you because they're putting their foot down". Yes, I could've got a flavor I don't like, but why should I spend my hard earned money for something I don't love. Can anyone tell me if this is accurate information? Is Jeeter limiting the Strawberry Shortcake to medical use only? I'm super curious to know if this is something I'll have to deal with in the future. I can tell you this fact, with her demeanor & how she spoke to me... I will not spend money at this location.

Disappointed in the service I ordered on leafy but was informed that they don't honor leafy prices,y the hell is leafy even on your website.also overcharged.i won't be back u lost a customer over a few dollars

Ordered pick up because I was short on time, and it seemed like the budtender was moving extremely slow. Even when I mentioned I didn’t want change back bc I needed to go, she continued to count the change back very slowly almost to be condescending.

The lady that served me gave me horrible attitude. And charged me $50 for a Find 1/2 OZ instead of the $40.

I will never shop here again only for the fact they didn't honor online price and this isn't the first time

Went in to pick up my items and apparently someone else picked up my stuff under my account. They check iD at door and register so how could that have happened?

Just a suggestion. When you list strains on Leafly you guys lead with growers name, so if scrolling for strains it’s a bit frustrating having to click each one to get the strain name. I’m using the phone app and maybe the desktop experience is different but just a suggestion to maybe lead with the strain name in the title rather than the grower.

I’ve went to this location for over a year and never ever have I received the issues I received today. I had the bud tender Sierra and she said she wasn’t new so I’m not sure why these things happened but there absolutely unacceptable. I’m a medical patient not rec so I’m very upset and probably won’t spend another $1 here at this franchise. Today there are buy one get 1 50% select cartridges and I wanted live resin. It’s on the website as available she let me know no they are out so as she’s going back to grab the distillate options I see on the rotating screen many live resin option for select. So I ask her why that is and she goes back and finds all these live resin cartridges. Well if I hadn’t seen that screen I wouldn’t have even known I would have just took her word for it. I picked candy jack and Dr. Who and when I just now opened my bag there’s no candy jack there’s banana funk. I would call but no one answers anymore, EVR. Since when is it ok to just put in any strain in the bag? When it’s a medical patient at that. That’s just one problem. The other issue is I picked out peanut butter breath from the menu paper at the register on the counter and it’s an indica. It says hybrid on the jar. It’s either listed wrong on that menu or she just disregarded that and grabbed the wrong product. So $165 sale and the cart I picked is wrong and a whole entirely different strain and the indica quarter I picked is a hybrid. I will be looking at how to let curaleaf as a brand know about this.

First time at Cureleaf and other than getting their “Candy Store” strain and,finding that it was harvested over a year ago 8-22-22. Opened the jars and some of the buds just turned into dust. My fault for not checking the dates. Most companies don’t do that. Their competitors strain was fresh and recently cultivated with a good “cure” time. Probably won’t go back.

This was the first time I have pre-ordered. It’s a great idea! I will do it again. However, my bud tender was grumpy and hardly looked at me and did not engage at all. That is not normal for this store. I will be back though!
