When I first got there I was harshly greeted by the security guard who took his job extremely seriously. I was then told the wait would be no more than 30mins and it was exactly that, give or take two minutes. They sent me a text to notify me it was my turn, which was very convenient. When I got inside, the Budtender was awesome. He attended to all my needs and recommended the best option. I purchased about $160 worth of products (syrup, flower, edibles, and cartridges), needless to say, I am satisfied with all products. I will be back for business and recommend to all my friends. Thank you.

Used to be my go to place, but not anymore. Tried to buy a strain listed on their menu board at $18 an eighth, was told "The board isn't right." and was charged top tier price. The bud-tender could not have cared less, and I was directed to a paper list and told "We don't have all these." Wow. Curaleaf takes over another great dispensary and makes it lousy. Higher prices, less quality, and I also waited 15 minutes, which never happened before this location changed hands. I didn't buy anything today, and I won't be back to any Curaleaf.

I dislike that while you offer checking out at the front check-in window, it takes longer, they aren’t prepared, and it’s pointless if you’re trying to be more efficient, the past two times I’ve utilized this but next time I will just go into the main area and pay there, where it’s cooler and there is air flow so I can breath. Having the front so hot, no air flow and requiring face masks is extremely unhealthy. Also, I was unable to hear anything the guy said through the window...because he had a mask on.

I love this dispensary! I just read some of the reviews and someone said they were not very nice when he called as a first time customer. They’ve soooo busy now w/the Covid Crisis and I have never been treated poorly. The bud tenders r always amazing when I ask questions. I find them very knowledgeable. They know their stuff for sure. Definitely check them out. If something happens and they r not nice just remember they have bad days too. So, I’m rating them a 4.8. Good job guys!!!!!

Curaleaf and the big money corp’s are what ruin this business and the quality! Glendale Greenhouse was a much better location before the switch.😡🤬 Colorado’s quality of marijuana has hugely declined due to corps like this! I wish the owner of Greenhouse wouldn’t have sold out! Bad Move!

The wait was absolutely terrible someone should have told me that at the door I waited outside for an hour at least...let us know before hand that it will be taking a while... Then when I go inside and ask about why it took so long dub tender didn't seem to care at all she just said sorry it is busy....the person next to me asked the same question and then got something for free I would think my bud tender would do the same to help give a positive visit experience but no...nothing...she was quiet the whole time...On top of all this you guys ran out of what I ordered on leafy, this has been a persistent problem the app is not getting updated with the correct products, usually happy with curaleafe but this time I'm very disappointed in my visit

This place is trash, they have chairs , but you have to stand in line for over 30min, no you can’t sit. I waited all that time and stood in line just for them to not have the items that THEIR MENU says they have. You guys need to get your stuff together, very bad place.

I've been a customer of this location (Curaleaf) for several years. Currently, I order all my products on-line. Withn the pass two months , your menu has severly lacked selection of products. Plus, your leafy web sight doesn't reflect your status of in-store selection or inventory. Today, your leafly menu reflects one Indica flower to select from and four items to select edibles from. I've watch the stress on the employee's to try and maintain sales. Also, often when placing my order on line, I'd have to call the store just to inform them their Leafly sight doesn't reflect actual inventory,on hand for the day I've mentioned it several times. This leads me to select a different location to purchase my medicine and referrals elsewhere that has better inventory. The customer service is fantastic, your technical issues are unacceptable and horrible. So under quality I've indicted poor due to lack of inventory. and other technical issues with your menu.

Since change of management it's not the same. Loved Greenhouse the way it was before. Products that I love are not available most of the time. Silverback, and some edibles. Considering looking into other options if things dont get better. I ordered online and it was a mess. Had to sign in on a iPad. Then had to wait again to be called and others that came after me got called in. Had to wait longer than usual. I dont see the point to order online anymore if I have to sign in wait in the waiting room, then wait to get called again, to have to go in and wait again pointless new system.

I love Curaleaf- Glendale! I started coming here when it was Greenhouse, and I still love it. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Today Sierra helped me and she was great! I’ve always been happy with the products and service here, thanks guys you rock!

Been here a bunch of times and as long as you're not getting the low end stuff, it's always fire. They have a big selection of concentrates but only a few are worth buying. IO extracts, MPX (only the $60 live resin), and Aeriz seem to always be available and never disappoint. Awesome customer service had a small issue one time ( something that wasn't their fault) and it was handled quickly and professionally

This place has the best vibes. Shout out to Bryce and Aaron for killer service. Bryce’s product knowledge is next level and is always making me crack up. Oh and Lindsey! If you don’t like beards, she’ll definitely hold your hand through this intergalactic space travel. Real talk, Lindsey gets it. Always above and beyond with her. Obviously by reading this review you can tell their product is fire. 😇

Placed an online order, waited an hour, didn't hear anything. Went to the store, waited in line instead of skipping it because order wasn't filled, security guard was letting others in. I had proof order was placed, not filled. I called while in line, they said they got my order, I could stay in line for another half hour, or come back later. They didn't expedite my order even though I was there, Ridiculous! I said the whole reason I put in order was so I could pick up my meds then go to appointment on other side of town, that I wasn't going to be back before they closed, and to put my order back on the shelf. I went to another dispensary, was in and out in ten minutes. I haven't been back here since. Besides their brand of Top Shelf vape cartridges leaked and tasted funny. flower selection wasn't as good as other dispensaries.
