Sitting in the parking lot waiting to get my online order. Not sure why there isn't a dedicated pick up line for online orders. Waiting 20-30 minutes in the parking lot for an online order defeats my reason for ordering ahead.

They don't help medical anymore. This is more now for rec. I went and the door guy helped everyone in the rec line before me, then more people walked up and he still helped them before me. Inside is even worst they put medical line that no one is watching again more rec comes in and they help them first.

Ordered online, got the text it was ready to pick up. Drove there with wife and daughter to pick up my order. Got to the door and told to wait by my car for a text when it's my turn. 45 mins go by so I send the wife and baby to Walmart to get what they need. So now I'm waiting alone with no car, 20 more mins go by, finally it's my turn. I go in and I'm right back out with my stuff. I walk across the parking lot to call my wife to pick me up, she tells me it will be a few mins. I am waiting in the same parking lot when a few of the patients leaving with their meds pulled up next to me and told me that the people who worked at Curaleaf were calling the cops on me and they thought I should know.... My wife and the police got there at the same time luckily. The cops said it was for loitering lol. I spent an hour and a half waiting on them and only ten mins waiting on my wife!!!! Anyways that was my most recent experience with Curaleaf Glendale. Its a bummer too because I liked going there.

Ok, will I be the first to say it? Curaleaf sucks! The Greenhouse used to be an awesome place, until Curaleaf bought it! I was disappointed when I heard that this corporation was taking over, yet another great dispensary. They came in, change everything, raise the prices, and removed the daily incentives that kept me coming back. I have stopped in there every day since Saturday trying to get popcorn and they have been out. This morning I called to see if they had any, only to be told that they got a shipment last night but it's all gone already. They once advertised a popcorn sale knowing that none of their stores had popcorn. The Budtenders were pretty upset about that. I am done with Curaleaf!

NO LONGER MEDICAL they don't service medical first instead they do rec first. I had to wait for 11 rec to pass me even people who showed up after me. The guy at the door just made me wait until he checked all them in first and like I said even people who came after me.

make up your damn mind on prices are you going to include tax or not . I swear you had tax included just 2 weeks ago.

This place always has great vibes and I never wait too long to get my products. I always recommend this place to my friends that live around here.

they don't care about med patients. they prioritize online orders over med patients. they offer the same discounts to rec users as they give to med patients. do not go to any curaleaf.

This curaleaf is turned into my number one spot. The staff here are always polite and courteous, and during these Corona fearing times, they're set up for waiting in line is not bad at all. The bud here is great, with variety as well as quantity and quality. The bud tenders are always friendly, knowledgeable, polite and professional. Last visit had Kayla F and she was awesome! Highly recommend this place. If you're a Military Veteran and not coming here for your meds, your doing yourself a disservice... nice discount.. 5 stars AzWeedSnob

I disliked that I only had a finite amount if money to spend on my medication.

I ordered a pick up order at 8 and they were out of two of the four strains I wanted and were Showing available online. They then texted me No notify me and I asked for two other strands only to arrive and be told the strand I chose was labeled wrong and no longer qualified for the Pricing advertised I agreed to chose yet another strain but showed the bud tender online for their referencing, he showed his superior who proceeded to be very rude in his explanation on why I couldn’t possibly think this warrants my pricing to be valued at what was Advertised online, i hadn’t implied I wanted a discount the employee judged me and jumped to the conclusion that I was trying to argue and as a result was very hostile in his explanation. Nice bud tender but who ever was in charge was disrespectful and showed poor customer service.
