Mari is a wonderful help

Been coming here for years and it's now officially ruined the entire customer experience as well as the increased prices. Medical patients get 2nd rate experience and no priority it seems, as well as slow service due to their POS system.

Best cure at least there is outfits the one on Bellevue and the one downtown and Camelback area is the best one so far love the area love the atmosphere the tenders are always cool to talk with give you the right education on what you need keep it up here here leave guys have a great team much love and support you guys

This is by far my favorite dispensary to go to! They have daily deals that are worth it. Their customer service has been consistently the best I’ve experienced since getting my card in April of last year. I usually go in to the store to shop and decided to input an order online/struggling through the process lol... when I went to pick up my online order, Miri was my bud tender and let me adjust my order based on the in-store menu and took time to help me with the online ordering services showing me how to properly use the features. That level of care and patience has been what I experience each time I’ve gone in, no matter the bud tender!! I highly highly recommend this dispensary.

This place is great always has helpfull and friendly bud tenders ! The tree is goood and they always have deals to help get more meds for less! Always stop in here to my meds ! Dont miss out

The whole process of putting in an online pre order is a JOKE! You expect people to wait over an hour in their car to wait for there turn to go in. I waited over an hour an never recieved a text for my turn. I finally had to go up the the front to see when I was next. Everyone apologized and I got right in. There is no reason for the long wait times if you have already pre ordered. They already got what they need and they should be in and out. I understand people change their mind and want something eles but that should not take Forever! Please get your shit together, if we have to keep this process going for period of time something needs to change.

Mari helped me out today and she was rad! Ty again for the pleasant experience! Great bud, too!

Raised their prices substantially, continue to cut products from the menu regularly, and overall not consumer friendly.

An absolute crash in overall location quality that started previous to COVID-19... after that things got worse. In that past few months this location has seen service times increase dramatically while other dispensaries are making moves to operate more efficiently within the situation. There has been a price increase on many products without an increase in product or service quality. As one of the “First 50” customers at The Greenhouse (original name) in 2013, I feel as though I would no longer recommend this location as a must try. While this dispensary is good enough, it’s no longer special.

This is my first bad review ever, Greenhouse was the best dispensary in the West Valley and now that curaleaf took over they no longer put the Thc or CBD % on their products. The deals which Greenhouse was known for are also worse. I've been a patient here for 4 years and won't be returning.

So, a new bud tender had to ask for help twice. Not a problem. But after waiting 15-20 minutes, a higher up who had already checked the order suddenly makes a comment about free preroll I was given needing to be House Blend. She runs over with a DIFFERENT preroll, takes the original out of my bag, removes tag and puts it on new preroll. So, after spending over $360, waiting 15-20 minutes, CuraLeaf makes sure I don't get a preroll worth a buck or so more. Now, that's customer service....at it's worst. Would that we could bring back the Greenhouse. Meanwhile, I'm looking for a locally owned pharmacy. Big pot pharma is all about the Benjamins. In this case, the Benjamin.

I like the MPX bogos that you guys do. Which usually makes the online orders go way up so I know it’s going to be a busy day for you guys and appreciate the attempt of getting people in and out as quickly as you guys could while implementing the safety standard for Covid-19. Also being able to wait in the car until it’s tour turn is awesome.

I absolutely love this dispensary, they always have great deals and a variety of products to enjoy. Amazing service and staff.

Kyle is, by far, the best employee I've encountered at a dispensary. He was so helpful and knowledgeable! Previous visits to this location have always been pretty quick, but Kyle really took the time to make sure that I walked away with the right product.
