Always the best service

Horrible service- No point in doing an online order! They have no system in place to ensure online orders are being taken care of before walkins, every time I go and have an online order walkins get helped before me because of where they have the online orders lineup. Definitely prefer a smaller place, corporate America is ruining this industry.

First time at this location. Asked about deals and was recommended some bud and was very happy with everything. Ended up spending more because I liked the service. I will be back thanks.

This location alone has gotten so bad that it has forced me to sell my CURLF shares as a whole. Prices vary depending on your Bud-tender. The quality is far below average for the area and the Bud-tenders are even further below average. I mean, what happened to this place? Once my inspiration for buying CURLF, now my only reason for selling. Would NOT recommend.

Rec seems more important to Curaleaf than the loyal patients who paid dearly fo their medical card only to be shut down for deals and specials and no friends and family discount on private reserve either, although other dispensaries do honor the discount on private reserve strains. Step back Curaleaf and maybe adopt some of the old school “Swell”/“The Greenhouse” attitude instead of being so gd money hungry lately. Your own staff doesn’t even get discounts on PR. So disappointed of late with you guys ☹️

First time here, and new to this whole experience. The guy with kinda long hair who helped us could care less, didn’t matter what question I asked , his response was always “ well depends on what you like, everyone is different” . How do I know what I’m looking for if you can’t kindly recommend something for me to start out with , educate me and ask me what I might need it for to start with. Never going back!

Phenomenal products at tremendous deals!

Everything was so comfortable! The front desk lady was so nice and a wonderful vibe. She set the tone for the place quickly . The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I came in for my free birthday pre roll and they even talked me into getting an extra pre roll. I was a dollar short and Juan insisted he cover the dollar for my birthday! Stellar guy! He was also EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the various strains I had questions for. Overall wonderful experience and I couldn’t rave enough about it! If your local definitely need to be checking them out. Wonderful selection of flower with very generous thc levels and comfortable price! Can’t wait to come back on payday!!

this has always been one of my favorite dispensaries. not only are the prices affordable for potent flower but they have a very good selection to choose from. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone. the staff is always great with helping me find what I'm looking for so thank you guys very much.

The manager Candace is top notch!! I’ve had my card since 2011 and have to admit trying to roll with the punches once Rec hit has been difficult. I went in 1 day late to take advantage of my 30% off for medical patients. I guess there was a timeframe to cash that in and of course I missed it by 1 day. The manager Candace heard me out and my concerns and without any attitude she made it right. Best experience I’ve had customer service wise highly recommend if your a patient. Hopefully in the future the will have more deals like 30% off for patients I love it! Thank you.

The facility and the service were amazing. I am slightly disappointed with the flower I purchased - it is quite dry and has a lot of stems, overall just ok. I will try again for the service and the location.

Mari, Mari, Mari! I’m headed in for surgery today and am still a newbie to Cannabis use. Mari took some time to explain my options and find the best options for my extra pain management. She is not the only one, I keep coming back to this place because they are always helpful and take the time educate their patients yet are still quick and efficient. The manager, I can’t remember her name for sure, Candace maybe, even came out to help out and was very pleasant. The selection here is not like at other dispensaries but the environment and people keep me coming back for most of my needs, every recommendation so far has been pretty spot on. Thank you so much for being a part of my finally finding a treatment that works!

what I liked about this location is Kyle. out of all the bartenders I've ever come across he is by far one if the most knowledgeable one in the market. he knows the product that he sells as well as the benefits of our medicine

This place sucks

The Holbrook flower is the best in town. I suffer from rare disease and have been to every dispensary in Phoenix. I always come back to this location as if you suffer from nerve pain you know not every strain works. I must say the Golden Goat and Candy Store flower is some of the best strains they’ve grown. Last week Mint Mashup was off the charts 29% THC. Golden Goat big red haired beautiful buds and Candy Store has purple/orange hues super potent. Thanks for setting the bar on potency . Also try Haze and Main best edible ever. 💕

20% went down two 10%percent on medical patients .......wtf.......

I I recently moved from North Phoenix 2 Peoria Lake Pleasant area. Had to find new dispensaries for my medication and I was disappointed my first weekend looking for medications, I thought that over in Peoria it might be easier to find medical dispensaries that happened to also have recreational clients not the other way around. That was until I went to curaleaf in Glendale. Lindsey was my budtender the first time around really cool young girl knows her stuff and help me out tremendously with not only getting the best product but for the best price and well I don't know about you guys but my budget is pretty tight as a medical patient. Lindsey hooked me up and checked all the boxes on my list nature that I had what I needed I was so stoked and so happy when I got home medicated with medication that really worked didn't get the run-around got the best price and on top of it off she's a really cool chick and Digger anyhow went and saw her again this last weekend on Friday and once again hook me up with good deals good suggestions on strange that would work for me that girl rocks got to go hit my girl Lindsey up at curaleaf in Glendale when you go see if you can say hi to Lindsay letter hook you up with some good meds and deals.

The Gap of ganja is slowly forgetting the medical community. They can barely service their medical clients while the blow through recreational clientele. Today’s openly sh**ty and rude bud-tender with the over-stretched earlobes and a napoleon complex was pretty much the last straw. Curaleaf has forgotten the community that helped make this all possible for them.

Is it me or are the prices sky rocketing and the quality is declining after rec has been introduced? Kinda messed up for loyal medical patients like myself, the last batch I picked up the quality was sub par compared to when it was medical only. Why aren't medical getting their own pricing and etc, more than just our tax breaks? 60 bucks an Eigth of top shelf? This isn’t the streets, thats absurd pricing. May have to start growing again....
