Love this Curaleaf ! But special shout out to Sydney ! She was super nice and helpful ! GREAT customer service

I used to come to this location every other day to get my medicine. I generally grab some shatter, yet since they switched to Med/Rec there hasn't been any of my preferred medication in stock because the rec patients are snatching it up or they don't have venom or baseline shatter in stock anymore at all. I absolutely hate going to other places after building up a rapport with the bud tenders! Fix this nonsense!

I have always has great experiences here!! I really like the Express line for preorders and how streamlined the process is!! Kayla and Justice always have smiles(with masks you can still tell) and are awesome bud tenders. I shop here all the time and love all the deals.

First time in the store and had an amazing experience with Nick ( Ghost Rider ). He was really knowledgeable and know what he was talking about !! Best customer service I ever had! Thank you !

Since the new owners took over I have been looking for a new dispensary. I used to shop here exclusively because they had great deals as Glendale Greenhouse, BUT the first thing the new owners did is raise all the prices by as much as 50% AND add sales tax. Their Grand Opening specials are a joke! The deals are worse than the worst ever Greenhouse deal. But hey! They were offering free tacos after 5:00,as if that could make up for their crummy deals. What clowns. PLUS they no longer show what the THC percentage is in anything.

Shopping at Curaleaf- Glendale is awesome. With Covid-19 protocols and remodeling; the staff, medical/recreational lines vs online ordering and all around customer service improves consistently. Job well done!!!!

Sept 27th was the "grand opening", aka "grand failure" in my opinion. After a 4 hour wait to get inside finally, the employees were not friendly or helpful at all. They ran out of a lot of items, so not adequately stocked at all. I witnessed an employee bump me in line because his buddies walked in after I checked in. And they didn't have a to go order pick up either. Really?? Then I overheard another employee stating that he texted all of his friends on when to come in and he'd hook them up with lots of free goodies. Wow! Mind you I had to remind my budtender twice of the free item coming to me for spending at least $20. And to find out it was only a $4 cookie. And why only have 3-4 emplyees waiting on customers when there was still 80-100 more people outside? But there was 10 employees jyst wandering around not doing anything. What a joke of a place. I'll miss you Greenhouse.

Curaleaf has taken over and made too many changes. They also deleted my 10% AARP discount and want me to bring proof again. also if you have not accumulated your $50 credit before the 27th, your points will be worthless you get $5 for every $100 you spend. So instead of $50 for every 400 you get $20 for every 400. thanks for ruining a good thing curaleaf. looks like it's all about that top dollar though Mister nonprofit.

I am incredibly upset that the daily deals have been removed without notice, and upon going into the store only half of the deals were honored. I do not like how products are being horded in order to be bought at a higher price, this is medicine to most of us, it's expensive as it is. I'll be looking for a different dispencery for the future.

Price gouging! I've been a med patient and on SSI. I can't afford these ridiculous prices! The rich get richer and the poor guy gets it in the end! You lost another customer!

Place always packed, the order the lines go in are not organized at all, and they will never have what you want unless it’s taxed Reggie!!

Since the whole rec thing, it's a mess. Everyone stands in one line once u get in and there are no separate lines for picking up your order. My order was ready before I got there and I still waited about 20-30 minutes to pick it up. Disorganized

I appreciate the good service and wonderful atmosphere of the redesigned facility. Steven assisted me and I have only wonderful things to say about him.

curaleaf glendale is the best dispo around even since rec came along they are still fairly priced and quick to pick up!

They didn’t tell me we’re go and stand so go in wrong line as medical patient also apparently a different line for online so I was going to have to wait even longer get your shit together won’t come back here even if one thing

come on now. I've been a member since it was the Greenhouse. I thought it was a horrible scam for presenting a PERMANENT 30% discount for all medical card holders, and then presenting it as a monthly sale. absolutely horrible. find a different dispensary to save money.

Mari served me this trip, I wish she was always there when I visit. I like that she can guide me threw the process. I have been smoking since I was a teen. I don’t know the things she knows. I am a senior now. I don’t buy anywhere else. You guys and Mari are my people. Keep up the excellent work Mari.
