Quality service! Was in and out in no time shout out to Juan for being an awesome bud tender!🙌🏻

The first time I came in I had seen a special and decided to try the dispensary. I got what I came for and then when they rung me up, I mentioned that this product was on special. The bud tender said no. So, I paid full price. Then, I saw a sheet on the counter with specials and pointed it out to her, I asked for a refund of the overcharge. She said no, they would only give me a store credit.....for their error. Then I went in a week ago and got product, after giving them my card showing I was a medical patient. After I paid and left I looked at my receipt and it showed a recreational discount. 2 times I have been overcharged at this dispensary . I will not be returning. All I am saying is: CHECK YOUR RECEIPT when shopping here.

Unorganized, no one knows who’s online, medical, Rec, walk in, anything, employees don’t know what’s going on up front or in the back, a mess

Had the best experience with Mari as my tender today. She really took the time to provide excellent customer service and in turn up sold me mid transaction. And all the time with a smile on her face that you could see through the mask. Great deals great flower great service. Thank you again Mari.

My first time in curaleaf glendale dispensary I noticed an employee that was so kind and patient. I waited for MARI to help me. She was wonderful! I shop with MARI exclusively. She has educated me as well. Knows what I like. Texts me when they are on special . I love her🥰

my order was suppose to be 20% off got there it wasn't so didn't have enough and had to put my 2 brownies back. what a bummer. when I told the girl that wasnt the price it was on leafly she didn't care she procced to put my stuff back..

Short wait, likeable staff from sec guard, front to center. Tender just came on, was hustling for me from second one. I'm ALWWAYS treated well here. Happy Easter!

Terrible quality! They try to cheat you!

I came in not really knowing what I needed but everyone was so helpful especially my budtender Juan! He went above and beyond to help me out and make sure I left happy and educated! You can tell he isn’t just another salesperson and he actually cares!

I cut dispensaries some slack right now, but this was a highly disorganized process. Placed my online order and waited for confirmation that order was ready for pickup. Check. Went to the dispensary and checked in. I then waited in my car for over 20 minutes. During that time, I watched other patients pull up, get meds and depart. So I called from my car... it sounded like there was some mix up and it'd be another 10 minutes. When they finally texted that my order was ready, I went to the front counter. More confusion for a few minutes while they tried to find my order, and other people passing by in close proximity. After a few minutes they said I could go back. The room was far more crowded for COVID-19 than I was comfortable with. Now the bud tender couldn't find my order, and spent another little while looking for it. Waiting. Finally found order and then spent a little time trying to sell me on a different cheap battery. I've been taking the social distancing guidelines and stay at home orders pretty seriously. It sounded like Curaleaf Glendale had their stuff together. Instead, I spent MORE time in close proximity to other people than on a normal visit. I like Curaleaf's quality, but I won't chance going back til after this is all over.

This used to be my favorite location but recent visits and increased wait times I have been shopping closer to my house. On my last 3 visits I've literally waited over 30 mins to even get into the store. If there was an increase in customers I'd understand but it's been a consistent decline in the number of bud tenders in the store. No excuse to wait that long for 5 people or even less. I'll still hit curaleaf again but not this location.

I have been to a lot of dispos in the valley but the Cura Leaf at the 101 and Union Hill is by far the best. If you're lucky enough to get Ashley you are in for a real treat she is Amazing!!! A-1 Service and A-1 Products make for a happy customer, and I leave happy everytime!!! Give Ashley a raise

I absolutely love this dispensary. They always have good deals and quality flower. The budtenders are nice which makes for a chill atmosphere. My favorite bud tender to work with is Mari. Mari is always on point and knows about every product I have questions about. She’s the best at introducing me to new things and making sure you get a good deal.

I get the mask with businesses but the lack of inconsistency and the embarrassment that the manager will do to you here is not right. This is my 2nd run in with with the manager of the Glendale location over different issues, he is such a jerk. At least last time he called and apologized but that only shows he knows he is being a jerk. Mask over my mouth practically on my nose but I can't breathe right, I literally have a medical condition and severe allergies and he was getting on to me and another lady there when their own employees didn't have it over there nose! He was loud and was not respectable to the privacy of each of us. I will be using another dispenserary forward.. Ive had it with this one. The last time I was there the girl that was monitoring the door was more than rude, very short with any questions. Is it like a control trip they are having there? It feelsime it. We are still human beings!

Worst dispensary ever. Sorry but won't be back...

When it was the greenhouse they were great, never went anyplace else but with the change to curaleaf I will be looking elsewhere. The emails that I get from Curaleaf seem to advertise one thing then they disappear from my email que. The ads on leafly are not clear and I am having trouble understanding what their daily deals are. They seem to have removed the THC content from the flower. I'll go and use up my points and then look for a new dispensary.
