Dan is extremely knowledgeable, this was my first time as a cannabis medicinal user and based on my condition he suggested various products to use. The showroom was very clean, organized and their buying process was very simple and organized. The staff is very nice and very customer service oriented. They definitely have my business without any doubt.
The service in this place is terrible. Sure, the product is ok, but it’s not worth the headache that I have experienced every time I have chosen to do business with this place. Last time I put in a pickup order well before they opened, and was instructed to go to the dispensary to pick up my order. When I got there, I was told they were “backed up” and not just “dilly dallying around inside” which made me feel better for about 10 minutes until I ended waiting 2 HOURS for my order to come out. Today, I placed an order at 10:00am for one single item. I was told I would get a text confirming that my order was ready, which I didn’t receive until 5:40pm. It is now 6:40pm and I am still....waiting.....slowly becoming an old man sitting here on this couch over 7 hours from the time that I placed my order. “We’re a little backed up”, they said again. Clearly they are understaffed and can’t meet the high demand for their product, but the customer should never have to pay for this.
The staff was so welcoming, very helpful. Gabby (I hope that's how she spells it) took the time to sit down and answer any questions I had. Just a wonderful first experience.
