Medical patients should not shop here; Reef will NOT allow medical patients to buy their top shelf flower anymore because they want to force them into paying a higher price by getting it as “recreational” this place is beyond trash for that.

Just want to clear up some confusion and misinformation here.
First off, medical patients can purchase these products, they just have to do so on a recreational transaction with adult use taxes. We don’t make any additional money from this; all of the products we carry have a single menu price regardless of whether they are sold Med or Rec. Arizona medical patients do receive an everyday 10% discount at our AZ dispensaries, and this discount will also apply if a medical patient purchases these items recreationally. To be clear, the only difference is the tax, 100% of which goes to the State of Arizona.
So why do we do this? The state has not given us adult use testing guidelines. But we do have medical testing guidelines and all of our medical product has full panel testing. For the time being, until the state’s adult use testing rules are completed, there may be adult use products that have not been subjected to the full medical testing requirements, so therefore those products can only be sold as adult use right now.
Obviously this isn’t our preferred state of affairs, but we are committed to compliance, so current extreme testing bottlenecks at many certified laboratories have left us unable to offer some of our products for medical sale. We fully expect all of these products to meet or exceed medical testing standards, but we currently have some lab samples pending for over 6 weeks, which makes it difficult to keep our shelves stocked.

I have been coming to this dispensary since it opened and have been a frequent customer but after my experience I had today, I will never be returning. I placed a order online on reefdispensaries.com for a $16 .5g tryke concentrate orange daiquiri, received my order confirmation, arrived early, and when I went inside I never been treated so poorly in my life. First they told me they didn’t even sell that product that I ordered from their website, said they don’t even sale .5 grams when they have them listed on their website and on their flash sales. When I asked to speak with a manager to confirm the price online and showed them the screenshot of their website, the manager still refused to even look in stock and just said must’ve been a typo. He could see I was visibly upset considering I drove 45 minutes just to get their. Had it been the previous female manager, she would have made it right and at least help but this person refused to help all together, did not offer me any solutions, refused to even try to make a customer happy after a horrible experience. I have never been treated so poorly this is very disappointing. I do not recommend to coming to this location any longer.

I was thinking about going since the place is closes to my residence. After reading the comments from longtime loyal customers I was disgusted. I will not spend any money with a business that treats customers like that. I have to stand with the people of the community and not shop with Reef. We as consumers have to treat businesses with unethical practices this way and let them know that we'll not be taken advantage of just because the product is now legal. I'll continue to monitor the site and may change my mind and go here if things change. Shame on you Reef.

What they have is usually great. Just sometimes the stock is a little thin.
I think the staff is knowledgeable and the prices and deals are great! I'd recommend to a friend all day!
