After a day of chaos and horrible delivery issues Gerald delivered flawlessly ( should’ve had him on it from the start he’s a gem) not only do I now have a replaced working vape, Morgan and George the managers made sure I got my order after a day of chaos and they threw in a free 1/8 over a pre roll which was awesome. I know the drivers make hourly but Gerald deserves a raise for putting up with cranky weed smokers who didn’t get their order like me he always is so happy and changed my mood entirely. He’s the reason I’m making this, while I still wouldn’t order if I’m on a time restraint again, all of the drivers I have had have been exceptional

I have been coming to this dispensary since it opened and have been a frequent customer but after my experience I had today, I will never be returning. I placed a order online on reefdispensaries.com for a $16 .5g tryke concentrate orange daiquiri, received my order confirmation, arrived early, and when I went inside I never been treated so poorly in my life. First they told me they didn’t even sell that product that I ordered from their website, said they don’t even sale .5 grams when they have them listed on their website and on their flash sales. When I asked to speak with a manager to confirm the price online and showed them the screenshot of their website, the manager still refused to even look in stock and just said must’ve been a typo. He could see I was visibly upset considering I drove 45 minutes just to get their. Had it been the previous female manager, she would have made it right and at least help but this person refused to help all together, did not offer me any solutions, refused to even try to make a customer happy after a horrible experience. I have never been treated so poorly this is very disappointing. I do not recommend to coming to this location any longer.

This is the only location and only dispensary I go to. They have the best deals, best customer service and the best employees who are not only awesome humans but really helpful in picking products especially for myself.

I absolutely love this place James and the other manager are so helpful and kind and go above and beyond to be helpful
