Let me start at saying I love Bloom Sedona, if it wasnt for them and there helpful staff I would be fighting PTSD, nightmares, and debilitating headaches! I am disabled, not allowed to drive and for the most part is my only dispensary I can get to! Now for the negative, for a few years I could always depend on them for high CBD strains...I make my own oils, butter, and tinctures.....But for far to long they arnt carrying any high CBD strains! Why? This is how I have gotten off 2 prescription meds....I dont care if they have to buy it and charge me more from another dispensary or grow it on there own! I need this to function daily and I hate asking (calling)there bud tenders week after week the same old warn out question!..." Did you get any high CBD strains this week? " Please Bloom help us out...You are who I rely on for keeping my pain and other problems in check! Please listen and follow through ASAP, because were going on months now!

Courtney was incredibly personable and super helpful. Bloom always has the best prices and products you can get locally. Not to bash the other local dispo, but the flower at Bloom gets me on one without the headache of lingering lung flavor of hard chemicals. Much love to the Bloom crew!
Not sure what happened to the quality of the flower, but had to turn down an ounce that was all pea sized buds with a lot of shake. Eighths are for kids, and their flower is far from worth $3200 a lb.
Best customer service in the state! I’ve been to many dispensaries in Arizona and the service at Bloom Sedona is high above the rest.

I visited Bloom Sedona yesterday for the first time. The dispensary has a good energy that’s evident right when you walk through the door. Kyle, my budtender was extremely friendly and helpful. The best part, awesome product! The flower I purchased is excellent along with the edibles. If your in Sedona, check it out and ask for Kyle, you won’t be disappointed!
As a first time patient I was a bit nervous but the atmosphere at bloom was great. Very relaxed , bud tender Kyle was very friendly and patient , answered all my questions and helped me make the right choice. I’ve been back again since my first visit with the same experience, the bloom flower does seem a bit drier then other competitors locally BUT it did smoke just fine and made me feel great, So take it for what it is. Location is nice and out of the way with plenty of parking , no crazy security check points and pat downs like other local dispensaries did when i I visited , at bloom i was in and out in 5 minutes even on my first time when the lobby was full
Reception/budtenders were awesome and kind, mgmt weirdly rude joked about my budtender sucking, for no reason he was literally great. Quality clearly reflected in price, best deal 15$3g shake. Like the zen garden vibe.
It’s gotten a lot better then 3 years ago when I went there, Great Flower Deals, much better looking flower!

I was excited to use my new card for the first time in my hometown of Sedona. I am really interested in learning about the different offered products and strains. The check in person was less than friendly without any type of greeting. The budtender was friendlier but still seemed to want me to just move it along. The way the waiting room is set up the people behind you are in sight and it feels like you are rushed, which is too bad, as I would have bought more product. I was very happy with the deal offered for a first time buyer and I loved trying Double Dream( mellow, relaxing) for the first time. Their prices for flowers do seem good though they have far more edibles than anything else. More a place to pick your product and go.. next time I'll study the menu online and make my choices prior to the visit.

Deb was very rude and unhelpful throughout my entire experience at Bloom Sedona. I didn’t get any receipt and she basically threw my bag at me. Not to mention the ATM takes 2 tries before you to even pull money out. Quality of bud isn’t even worth it. I would give service a 0
Lady at front desk was grumpy and unwelcoming. Dude in the back was weird. Chose my strain (which was on the menu and in sample jar) but they were out of it. Bought an 8th and preroll. Both not good. Eighth was dryed out like a lost sack you found from years ago. Preroll was flat and smooshed. Not impressed at all.....and this is the only choice in Sedona?? Stick to the shops you know and avoid this one. Also, lamest new patient deal I’ve come across & been to many dispensaries.
The employees are helpful in determining what strain u need to alleviate any physical conditions you have....
Update on the OZ of White Buffalo. The effects do not reflect the 20% the. More like 10. I have a headache from smoking this dirt. $140 (they don't include tax) of my hard earned money wasted. I'm really upset Bloom is selling this garbage as medicine. You lost this customer.
