The best dispensary ever!

I'm surprised they don't have more sales

I place an online order on a special that was going on. Once I arrive to the store my total Was way more then the total I received online. My online total was $65. The guy was trying to say my total was $112 with change. His excuse was that the flower I selected was not the flower that was on sale. I mentioned to him that online I selected the flower it was stating was for sale. I even showed him my confirmation email showing him. They still did not 100% honored it since my new total was $90. This is not right and need to have their website be accurate! Not sure I will continue shopping here after this incident!

Curaleaf Youngtown is one of my favorites. It's just like the old Swell Farmacy. Same people, Same awesome flower plus a bunch of add-ons from Washington. Youngtown will not disappoint.

This is absolutely one of my favorite dispensaries'. Everyone is always very professional and knowledgeable. Great products and prices.

I like this place but no matter the price it's ALWAYS DRY!! if I pay upwards to 50 bucks for a 8th I expect it to be at least fresh

The express service was quick and easy in and out less than five minutes. The only thing the speaker was broken

My 5 stars will soon change to 0! I understand Youngtown location is going from deli style to pre-packaged flower! I am begging the person responsible for this change, DONT DO IT! If it's not broken, DONT fix it. We love our "swell" just the way it is. I never buy anything without trying on or a car without a test drive! I don't want "tree trunks" in my meds! Why are you passing, what you should absorb, onto the patient! It's not right. We should be allowed to look and smell it prior to purchasing. This is the only place to buy deli-style and you will lose business if you change. I am an experienced prior business owner and I learned you must be consistent however, your business takes a lot of $ to own. Please understand the patients like me with m.s. and limited income, it's close to Sun City and I spend a lot of $ there! You may look into my account to see how much you will lose from one person who feels this way! (There are many people upset) Again, please consider my request to continue the deli-style flower sales, as I also understand concerns of cross contamination from the restaurant business, your not selling chicken for cryin'out loud! Always the fastest service and the employees are beyond helpful, they answer all my questions and don't push me to spend more money than I'd like to spend so they help find me best bang for my buck. Quality brands and never been disappointed yet.

Went in today only to find out they no longer honor Student or senior discount any longer. Sucks because it's close to home, staff is amazing. But....there are dispensary that still give the discount. Please bring it back I don't want to go somewhere else

Well major typo on website for flower and they wouldn’t honor it. Instead wanted to charge me an extra $30. The shelves are empty. Some dude walking around outside lookin important assured me I would be taken care of but I wasn’t. I WAS a major customer at Curaleaf Youngtown however I will no longer be. When you’ve been a loyal customer for years you would think they would go beyond or just simply do there jobs. But of course in these times that’s just not possible anymore. All about the mighty dollar. Thanks Curaleaf...not. Pay attention to your website!!! Ps your flower is super dry!!
