Pretty sure this was my last visit and experience at Curaleaf. Only been coming here for 6 years. Their security guard told the whole lobby my business so when I walked out I was verbally attacked by 2 other customers who were mad they had to wait on me. Even though I had an online order and waited for 40 minutes outside with 7 people in front of me who did not have an order placed. I didn't know it was Curaleaf you should be ashamed your supposed to be a medical company.. How do you not know the Arizona Masking Regulations?Should look up Arizona Regulation regarding mask and medical exemptions and not harass and bully customers Ben from Curaleaf and Jason Clark Affinium Security & Protection "LLC said, "Call my boss I will still be working here tomorrow!" I really hope the company he works for " as well as Curaleaf Youngtown get rid of him. There was no need for that. He is supposed to be there to keep the peace,security not cause harm, talk crap, etc

This Is by far my favorite dispensary! The prices are unbeatable and I absolutely love the staff!
Great first-time dispensary visit! Spent about 20 minutes in the line on a Sunday night. No biggie! Was a great, pleasant experience. I thought I was gonna be nervous the whole time but the atmosphere was chill. The host outside was crackin jokes so that calmed the nerves. Definitely order online if u trying to get in and out faster.

I tried it for a second time and today will be my 3rd visit. I bought from the Deal 40% off on select flower. I was very happy. The nuggets were dense with an aromatic sniff as soon as I opened the jars! Great quality. Lem’s Dog was great for my mornings being it’s a 70/30 Sativa. The peanut butter breathe (50/50 Hybrid) was one of my favorites out of the three. The other had the Cake strain in it and it’s always a fav (60/40 Indica). Thanks for the friendly staff!
It's always a good time in CURALEAF ! The staff are Smiling and not JUST helpful they go out of their way to make sure clients are satisfied ! what's not to be smiling about, being in a HIGH momentum environment keeps you busy. Staff are also very knowledgeable. Well groomed is a plus . I do not want to purchase from someone whom "looks shady" or can't maintain there personal appearance ALL in ALL will Return again for these peppermint PATTIES.. BOMB
will not be recommending this place anymore I've been a costumer for over 4 years and was always treated great but now they don't care about medical patients all they care about is money the flower has become low quality super dry they have become nothing more then a McDonald's its sad that we as patients don't matter only money
I know going recreational was huge and lines were crazy but honestly all the employees made it as easy as possible for me and were super nice answering my questions. We are all in this together. It doesnt cost anything to be nice. Love the vibes everyone had !

will not be ordering and will not be referring to anyone menu is never updated they say they deliver so that you add your order and then you call to check on it and all the sudden they don't do delivery I'm very frustrated I work from home so this is very inconvenient for me to constantly be getting told that you guys do delivery and then you don't it's annoying update your menu like seriously AS medical patients should be taking care of us we shouldn't be having to go through this type of crap every time we try to order something

On my way to Curaleaf i got a call saying the flower i had ordered was out, but they gave me options and we swapped it out- no biggie. When i pulled up i was greeted at my car and was given the option to wait here until they texted which was nice, only had to wait 5 minute. After walking back the lady grabbed my order and put the 3 cartridges in the bag, though usually they verify the strains before doing so, this time she didn’t and i didn’t think anything of it. Long story short i ordered 3 of the Timeless maui wowie 1g carts because of the 3 for 125 deal, instead i got .5gs of 2 white durban & 1 maui. Maybe my fault for not checking before i left, but kind of annoying it’s not what i ordered.

The parking lot was dirty, the area looks shady at night. Felt like I was in line waiting for a new ride at Magic Mountain. Guy in a bullet proof vest trying his hardest to look serious. It took longer then I though inside. Waited in a line with maybe 10customers, and another10employees. No sitting area. Just come in after security let’s you in, then wait in line to see a bud tender. I noticed they didn’t wipe the area down at registers between customers. I was beginning to like that idea. I’m vaccinated now, I don’t want to wear a mask. But businesses should still be diligent and continue to clean between customers.
