I have PTSD and being in crowds is real hard for me so I really really love that I can place an order from home and either pick it up curbside or have it delivered right to my front door. Absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful ❤️

I pretty much hate all Southern Oregon dispensary vibes and layout…. EXCEPT THIS ONE! Being used to larger metropolitan areas in Oregon, and seeing what they have to offer, I have been very disappointed with how most of the dispensaries in southern Oregon look, feel, or run. This one brings great class, customer service, and vibes. I get Portland feels with this company. However I’m not used to dispensaries checking your ID until check out, so I’m still put off by people asking for an ID in Oregon before you’ve even made a selection. Perhaps that’s just a PDX Metro thing? 🤷🏼 (I also notice most dispensaries in southern Oregon also do that). Right now there is a promotion where after shopping you get a 10% off opportunity if you leave a review on Leafly or Google. My last visit, I was served by Carly. Just like the rest, always friendly and helpful. A good range of prices from five dollars to around $18 a gram. A good pre-roll selection, which is always a good cheap buy per gram if you wanna take out the dry herb to smoke in a bowl to get a good economy purchase. I have never had a poor quality Vape pen from them.

Went in for the first time last week and was serviced by Rachel and greeted me as I walked made me feel welcomed and explained all products to me was very professional and gave me a discount for being a first time customer would definitely return

I ordered on-line which was super easy and when I went for my pick up I was immediately impressed with the service. It was quick, easy and their product is top notch! Definately recommended!

I love that they are always so friendly there. During my visit I had someone outside make me a little uncomfortable and not only did two of the employees ask them to leave before I was even done paying, but one of them walked me to my car which was so nice! So thank you guys so much for your awesome customer service!!

Today Lucas helped me and was very helpful but I've had the pleasure of having all employees wait on me and the customer service is what keeps bringing me back. Two 👍 up

Diamond will always be one of my favorite dispensaries in the area. Jax was very informative about the products, gave great recommendations and, like the other staff as always, did a great job helping me find what I needed.

Today I had Lucas as my server and I had a great experience. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The store as a whole has a great atmosphere and every person that I have dealt with has been very helpful and friendly. All I can say is I have never had the urge to go to any other store. I’m a diehard Diamond customer.

I have been going to Diamond since they opened in the very beginning before it became recreational. OK. Their product is clean and awesome. Customer service is amazing. And I would recommend them to anybody. I can’t say enough good stuff about them. I won’t go anywhere else!
