Long Time Seasoned Customer -
I really like the staff and respect their opinions of the staff, which was my primary reason for being a constant customer for over 3 years.
HOWEVER:
Totally Dismayed that all VA, Seniors, Friends, discounts have been ELIMINATED.
I get the feeling they are intentionally attempting to drive down their business to make filing for Bankruptcy easier to justify.
Also explains why they have increasingly become short of staff.
Sad to say better deals and staffing available elsewhere these days….

I exclusively use Diem. Their delivery option is so convenient with my schedule. Today my delivery arrived so fast, I was unprepared and they had to call me twice. 😬 They were so understanding. I have never had a bad experience at Diem Dispensary. I highly recommend them!
Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Right by my work and they always have good deals. The only thing I REALLY have an issue with is not getting alerts for my orders. I have waited literally all day to get the email that my order is ready, never get one, but when I call the store or go in it’s always, “yeah, it’s been ready!” Yet, right after I pick up, I get the alert that my order has been picked up.
Other than that annoying thing, I love this dispensary. It’s clean, well lit, lots of selection and it’s in my top 3 favorite dispensaries around town.
