They sold me the wrong 1:1 tincture that was unsealed, and charged me x2 the amount it should have been. Then told me the best they could do was give me 20% off of my next 2 purchases. So I paid $45 for a unsealed 300 mg 1:1 tincture that I can't use. You lost a customer for life, not to mention got a nice one star review, and I'll be telling everyone I know by word of mouth.

I’m from the valley, was visiting for a Bach party. The store was great. Ginger was absolutely amazing!! I was already a HUGE fan of Dr. Jolly’s the brand. After our experience with her a couple weeks ago, it sealed the deal. I’m a lifer. Thank you Ginger for your excellent customer service!! You are the reason for the raving review!!!!!

Best budtenders in town

By far one of my favorite dispensaries in Bend. They were the first one I went to after it became legal. Their staff was super friendly and had great product information! I have never left disappointed!!

This was one of the first shops in town i visited. They have GREAT displays of their products and the flower was good qualilty. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was my budtender. He had kind of a snobby know-it all vibe. Like everything I was choosing was not up to his level. Made me feel pretty uncomfortable and didn't want to spend more time there. I ended up going a second time to give it another chance since i enjoyed their flower. My second budtender was wayyyy cooler. She was super nice and personable. Made purchasing a lot easier that time and more enjoyable. I guess it depends on who helps you out but over all it wasn't a bad set-up.

Maybe I'm just an old hippie, but I associate cannabis with peace and good spirit. I walked in the door and had my ears assaulted by death metal music, blaring guitars over lyrics about Satan. When I mentioned my displeasure to the staff they just looked at me like I was crazy. Good quality, but indifferent staff and the so called music...just not the place for me.

I described to the budtender exactly what I was looking for. I was pointed to the sativa shelf. I bought 2 grams of different flowers to sample before committing to a large supply. The bud, Blue Dream and Dragon was super stoney but smoked like it had not been cured. SO harsh. Too bad. Could be excellent.

Best house extracts in Oregon hands down. Awesome customer service, knowledgeable and friendliest budtenders in town. By far the best selection of flower, extracts, edibles and topicals in town with constant supply. I can count on every visit to Dr. Jolly's being a great one. It is my favorite go to place for all things cannabis. Their beanies and hoodies rock too and those holiday gift packages were perfect. Keep up the great work jolly crew... I prefer this dispensary to any in Bend, Oregon. I was in there today, the man helping, (I didn't ask his name), said he was on his way to stock. But, he waited on me first. I like that. Customer comes first!

Mansplainers don’t get return visits. Thank goodness there are other dispensaries to go to in the area.

This location happened to be a few blocks away from the hotel I was staying at when I first got to Bend on Monday. After checking out their menu on here, and after my husband stopped by, I decided to take a peek. It's a little confusing at first because it's in a shopping center and the door is actually on the back of the building, but just keep walking, you won't regret it. Upon entry they have a wide open waiting room with lots of goodies (reading material & gorgeous glass). There was no wait or rush. The budtender immediately let me know they were family owned an operated, huge score in my opinion. I told her I was looking for a nice ADD strain and ended up leaving with an 1/8 of Jack Herer which I'd heard was a fantastic strain for that. It is, btw. Dr. Jolly's has punch cards so you earn awards as you shop and they also have great deals. The only thing I don't like is plastic packaging. My husband picked up some Slymer and it was featured so he got to bring back a lovely glass jar, but they recycle the plastic ones so that makes up for it. They get their inventory lab tested and both percentages and price are listed on each product. This is a lovely dispensary, I will definitely be back.

Visited during a Blazing Trails tour, and Henry gave us top-notch service. High energy, very positive and helpful. Love the enthusiasm (and the Lemon Betty #6). Will stop in again next time I'm in town.

A Bend institution. Good product with bud tenders that make you fell welcome unlike a lot of other stores in town.

I have only been twice, so I can't act as if I have the full picture of how Dr. Jolly's typically is...but these are my impressions so far. On my first visit, the budtender was amazing. He seemed genuinely interested in helping, passionate, respectful, and did not push me or try to upsell. I was thrilled on that visit. My second visit left a little bit of a sour taste in my mouth. The budtender that time would NOT leave me alone to make up my own mind despite me making numerous (very polite) attempts to let him know I wanted to think about my purchases myself. The entire time was spent with him aggressively pushing one strain or another, sticking the jar in my face. It was as if every time he started "suggesting" a strain, he wanted me to simply cave in and go "yeah, that's what I want". He simply could not let me browse on my own and take my time (wasn't even in there long, and was the ONLY customer at the time). He also had a very patronizing and condescending tone througout, and by the ends was making no effort to conceal his shitty attitude, and flat out said something like "Okay, can you make up your mind", with a tone implying that I was somehow wasting his time. It's kind of hard to make a decision when someone is trying to bait you and push product the ENTIRE time. I will have to go in a few more times, because as of now I will assume that that visit was just a fluke. Like I said, my first visit was very much positive. I give the first budtender 5 stars without question, but the second only deserved 1 star IF that. The quality has been very good so far. Prices are a little on the higher side, but not outrageous by any means for the quality.
