I rarely write reviews. I will this time only cuz I’m shocked how many negative comments are here and low ratings over petty things. This is literally the best weed shop I’ve ever been to, and I’ve shopped in three states for the entire decade or so it’s been legal. These folks communicate well, without talking out their a** like most of the budtenders I encounter elsewhere. If they don’t know the answer to a question, they admit that. They don’t just tell you a bunch of buzz words to dazzle you into a sale. On the other hand, they patiently teach me all sorts of stuff about terpenes, delivery mechanisms, etc. any time they aren’t too busy. For the first time in my life, I’m able to walk away with actual medicine, not just a bunch of pretty stuff that smells good. I’m able to get real relief without as many unwanted side effects. You might pay less other places, but you will get what you pay for in terms of both quality of product and quality of personal interaction. Also, while I don’t love the local charity they choose to rally behind, I DO love that they try and give back to the community in that way. I especially appreciate that I can be trans, disabled, and autistic and still be treated with complete respect and kindness there :)

my fave dispensary 🤍

On my first visit, I opted not to sign up for "loyalty" program, but wanted my senior discount. Lady said she would give it to me "this time" although they prefer I sign up. She did NOT give me the senior discount (which is advertised on their site). Also, the price for their weed was so high, I assumed they would charge me $10 just to smell it.
You want "loyalty"? Take the road most dispensaries in Eug/Spfd have AVOIDED. Charge a fair, NON-MERCENARY price for your fresh weed. And stop selling product that is older than 4 months old as new. Peace, My Babies!

I just got off the phone. I asked the budtender if they included tax in the prices they list. He attempted to give me a run-around about how they don't, because Leafly doesn't allow it, and how I won't see taxes included in any other dispensary's menu either. I don't know if this guy was just the least-informed budtender in town, or if (more likely) he was simply trained to mouth that falsehood, but that's what it is. I informed him that many/most dispensaries do include tax, and his response was telling: no apology or acknowledgement of error, no comment at all beyond a well-rehearsed, phony-friendly "Did you have any other questions, sir?"
There are many high-quality and reasonably priced shops in Eugene, operated with integrity and concern for their reputation, to accept attitude and lack of accountability.
