Friendly atmosphere in a clean environment. They always have a great selection of flower for a fair price. Accessories are available any time I need them. I'm always happy to point license holders their way.

This dispensary is phenomenal. My wife and I have been frequenting this establishment for a few months and we have been extremely pleased. The budtenders are knowledgeable, relatable, and accommodating. I came in after a challenging day of work and by the time I concluded my purchase, I was laughing, smiling, and looking forward to the rest of my night. I also must give credit to the budtender because the flower that was recommended for my symptoms was a perfect match. Thank you Emerald Elite for providing a customer experience.

Great advise from the people who work there. They excellent Indica strains not found elsewhere like Dark Star, it was the hardest hitting Indica I have had recently.

I have been coming here for almost a year. It was my preferred shop - wide selection. They have brought in some bud-tenders I am not sure I trust though: shorted quarters 7.04 - seems small until you account for multiple visitors. Plus, since they changed systems, twice now they have failed to email my receipt. Not a big deal until you start to question transparency of the bud-tender(s)

We truely do appricate you contunied support for the last 6 monthes since we opened. We have recently hired a new budtender and as with all new jobs there is a learning curve, however quaters weigh 7 grams and we always make sure they are atleast 0.2 or more over to account for scale variace. Your right 0.04 is not a lot but at the end of the day we have served too much extra cannabis but never short. We ALWAYS weigh in front of the customer and each customer is asked to verify the weight and the buds before we package it, if your budender fails to do this please bring it to our attention and never hesitate to ask them to put it back on the scale for you. We also print the exact weight from the scale on the label from the system which shows what you were charged for, it doesnt show the amount jsut the weight which is why the receipt is still imporant. We have changed systems but we did that back in feburary and all information is transfered over. I apologize they forgot to email your receipt and I will make sure to let my whole team know to ensure they ask if you would like one. Any time you dont get one you can also call (405-673-7585) and we can retro activily send it to you any time! We take customer service very seriously and we would love to speak with you further about the experince you had with our new budtender. Maybe we were there at a bad time, but from the moment we walked in, the staff acted as if we were a bother. Their scale never zeroed out either. The gram of product we purchased from them was much smaller than a gram else where.

Sorry about your experience at our store, we do apologize for your visit. They way staff made you feel will not be tolerated in our Dispensary. I am trying to investigate who it was that helped you and I cannot find a transaction with the name of your account. We would like to get to the culprit of the issue so we can handle it and insure it doesn't happen again. I have found an account with your name that was created recently but no transactions. I'm assuming you came in with a friend who made the purchase and it would be under their name.
The scales that sit on our counter are Oklahoma State verified (OK Department of Agriculture) and are extremely sensitive. Just walking by them will put pressure on the plate. That's not an excuse for them to be off zero but generally if it 0.01 we will make up for the excess weight on the back = 1.02 If that is not what happened we would absolutely like to know more because the scales should be "zero" before the product is being weighed.
