I’ve tried a lot of delivery services, and my first experience with Enjoy Mint was actually great fire products, quick delivery, and excellent communication.
Since I like trying different services, I decided to give Top Shelf Express a shot today because of their good reviews. Biggest mistake ever. The service was terrible missing products in sealed containers, higher prices at delivery than what was listed, and poor communication all around.
I’m saying all this to say: Enjoy Mint is the place to go. Their reviews might not be as high as Top Shelf Express, but their service and quality are way better.
Don’t be fooled by flashy ratings like I was Enjoy Mint is my go-to from now on, period.
Always super quick to reach out to customers, they’ve always gotten the right product(s) to me fairly quickly, I can pay with my card before delivery even starts, a $25 minimum is great if somebody needs something quick and cheap, so far my favorite dispensary I’ve ordered from

Treated me great. Smooth transaction, responsive and kind customer service. Will buy from them again.
Enjoymint is easily the best delivery service I've used. Their prices are super reasonable, and the 11th order is completely complimentary, which is an unbeatable loyalty perk. Highly recommended for the savings alone!

Extremely poor customer service. They will ask you for a photo with your id. I asked them to confirm if they received it. The agent kept ignoring my question, I asked them multiple times. It got to a point when I was texting them something and their response was completely different. I canceled my order and now they are unresponsive. I am worried what will they do with my personal information. I work in cyber security and I am not letting this go. I want them to confirm that they have deleted my information. The worst store ever, I don’t know about their products, but customer service is worst than Walmart’s.

The worst customer service ever. I placed an order, as told that they instead replaced items because what I wanted wasn’t available, but refused to tell me what the products were or what they consisted of.
I had asked 6 times what they were, Raz, the customer service agent refused to tell me. It was a wild experience. Over an hour of wait time, with no answer of what they were going to give me, I was able to order from another company and it was great

i created an account, uploaded my ca drivers license and placed an order. got a text message asking to send my drivers license via text and a selfie with my id. 10 min later receive text message informing me they do not deliver in oakland, which is very strange when they are located in oakland. very unprofessional. this was my first and last time ordering from Enjoymint. The name Enjoymint is misleading.
