Ethos Dispensary - Hazleton

I feel that everyone who works at Ethos Hazleton are phenomenal. Not only are they very helpful they know all about the products that they sell. I often have several questions and they answer each and everyone of them without sighing or rolling their eyes. Today I must give props to Izzy, Jonnel and Amanda. They like always go above and beyond their jobs!! In the past I’ve used another medicinal store and they were rude and often didn’t have the answers to my questions. But at Ethos in hazleton they are well versed in every product. I will continue to shop there and only there. Jeremy also is a doll time and time again!! Take my word for it you will never be disappointed or dissatisfied in the slightest. This is the best medicinal cannabis crew and store that I’ve ever been to. I give each and everyone of them a huge thank you for all the hard work that they do!! See you in two months

I’d like to thank Kia for helping me today. I came in wanting to make the most of my points as I had over a 1000. So Kia helped me find the best cart and flower for my points and I got great products for next to nothing. Kia was very friendly and knowledgeable and loved her personality. It looks like they are going out of business. They change employees like you change you socks. Most employees now seem more like sales people pushing the cheap products. Most seem to have little experience with Marijuana use except what they are trained to say. The past few visits they had very few flower choices other than house brands or cheap weed as poor as the guy down the street sells. What a shame that now I have to drive 25 miles to Allentown to get quality weed and knowledgeable workers.

My experience was awesome! For one reason and her name is Amanda. I ordered blueberry concentrate and she noticed instantly that they had given me the wrong blueberry. It only took seconds to remedy. She also applied my discount without saying a word. So Amanda I hope you get to read this because you and that gorgeous smile were the absolute best part of my day. So thank you. The blueberry wasn't too bad ether.....

This is my favorite dispensary in the area. Not because of the location but because of the staff. Always happy to help everyone. Today Amanda and Brooke helped me out and they were all smiles! Positive vibes only at Ethos!

Tried contacting them by the phone number they provided in their profile for my online order and it's not even the correct number, it went to a different business. Don't try calling them from the number in their profile because it wrong.

I went to a different dispensary at first once I got my medical card and it was ok, then ethos opened up in my town and from my first time going to ethos and after was so much better then the dispensary I began with. The atmosphere and over all vibe of ethos is right up by alley with a relaxed, happy, helpful, and truly educated staff in the whole environment in their stores. Ethos Prices and amazing deals are a huge plus for me and their products are potent.

every time I have gone here, I've been greeted with a smile from every girl. The New Girl, Amanda was extremely helpful and cheerful. They make the experience painless.

Most Employees at this location are friendly, professional, and up-beat. Thankfully, the good out weigh the bad. Store is clean, products are high-quality,priced-right, can be busy, so try to allow yourself some time to pick up your medication.

Becky and Carlos helped me with my first experience at a dispensary. They were incredibly informative and welcoming. I had so many questions and they were more than happy to answer everyone! I described what I was looking for vaguely, and they have a variety of recommendations almost immediately! Everyone in the store was incredibly friendly, personable, and welcoming. I left the dispensary with more confidence and knowledge of my treatment. I could not have asked for a better first time experience!

I had the most horrible day yesterday. I had to put my beautiful fur baby Moxie to sleep after six amazing years as her bestfriend. My heart is shattered and I needed some relief from my anxiety so I placed an order. I was so drained and mentally worn down by the time I got to the store I could hardly think straight but I was greeted with so much kindness as usual. The most amazing experience I've ever had with any human was when I got to the back to get my order. You know those moments of weakness when someone asks you how you're doing and you just fall apart? Yeah. That happened. I fell apart. I cried and I was given hugs and so many beautiful words of love and support over my loss and reminded that I made the best choice I could for my hurting baby girl. I miss her so much. My house is no longer home. It just feels empty. Tova and the other staff member who hugged me and comforted me when I needed it, thank you. You have no idea how much your love meant to me.

Billy, one of the pharmacists is awesome. This staff is kind and friendly and ready to help. The prices are good with stackable deals. I have gotten great advice and loads of compassion when it comes to my medical needs. I highly recommend the trip to these guys. I have a different store right near me, but I always come here. Number one in my book.

I went to this location on 10/05. I had an issue with a product and I brought it back to the store and the manager that took care of me was very rude! (I believe her name was Jeanie) These products are not cheap and I don’t appreciate feeling like I’m just trying to scam them or something when I received a damaged product. I didn’t want money I just wanted the same product I ordered not damaged which I did get but the Tone and ignorance was totally unacceptable! The rest of the staff at this location were awesome! They usually are!! Polite, courteous and even gave me some knowledge on other products I was curious about while I waited for the manager to take care of me! Great staff… managers need a customer service training!
