I went here today as I have many times before, but this will be my last time. The security guard at the front gate greeted me and was very nice. ‘’I pulled up to the curb, very short line, female tender promptly came over to my vehicle and greeted me. As I was removing my drivers license from my wallet I said, “ Hey there how are you on this beautiful day today? “ She replied “ I’m good, enjoying this beautiful weather, I replied “ I know right, we were way overdue here for it.” Handing her my license and $140.00. She then says do you have any questions today? I replied, no I do not, but thank you. She then says do you have any Cartridges? I said, no I do not. She then says, I will be right back and quickly turns her back to walk away, and I replied, “ Okay, thank you hun” I meant nothing by calling her hun. I have daughters her age. but, that was not the issue, although I would have apologized immediately if that offended her. ‘’I am sitting in my car waiting and another security guard comes out there and yells, and motions for me to roll my window down. Before the window is all the way down, he starts yelling at me, “ That can’t happen again, you will never talk to a tender that way, and continues yelling at me. I had no clue at all what he was talking about, never allowing me a chance to speak he turns forward to walk away, I told another security guard standing nearby that I wanted to see a manager as I had no clue what he was talking about and what I supposedly did. The previous security turns around and yells, “ you told her she has a cute ass “. I honestly had no clue what he was talking about and replied, “ you have me confused with someone else, I never said that. He yells back “ yes you did”. shortly after the girl returns with my merchandise, I say to her “ what was that guy yelling at me about, he has me confused with someone else. “ She says, yes you did, you said something to me as I was walking away “ I say to her, “ what did I say” She looks me square in the eye and says, “ I don‘t know, but you said something “ Wow, seriously just wow. I get it, I was inside a car, she is outside, I’m sure lots of other sounds and noises, plus she turned her back to me. I get all of that, but to out right accuse me of something like that, a serious accusation and then to be confronted by a security guard that just assumes I am guilty and begins screaming at me. A manager came and listened to what I said, but what can he do, he wasn’t there. I am only writing this because this was unreal. I have never in my life said anything inappropriately to a worker anywhere EVER in my life. she admitted to me she didn’t know what I said, but obviously assumed. Truthfully, I never even looked at her backside as I was putting my wallet back up. ‘’I have wrote maybe 3 negative reviews in my life, this being one, but I have written tons of positive reviews. I have been here many times before with NO problems at all!! So now all of a sudden I am being accused of something, that I am appalled of being accused of. I guess this is what 4 tours in Iraq get me from this business. Never ever again will I come here.

They were courteous, safe, delivered promptly and everything was great. My only issue as a woman purchasing and having it delivered I would prefer a cashless online payment method. Fortunately they sent a woman to my home, but from a safety aspect always having that much cash for drivers and just the process seems unsafe and outdated.
